Nothing to add to the other comments, other than make sure you take mosquito repellent - they come out early evening to do their worst, and this forced us inside each night. Great site though, and would definitely go again.

Stopped for 4 nights. Close to the town with the ring tour a highlight. Quiet night and toilet and showers from a 4 star hotel. The only real complaint is no printed info on grey water rubbish ect. The watwr dump is near the main gate as is water pickup. Quite expensive at € 31 a night inc electric. But great cycleing from site.

Great site as previous reviewers have said, right on the banks of the Rhine. Lovely little town with cycle routes around. Site is well run, with snack & drinks bar. Beware of approach when using satnav as the road in has been closed (Sept 2018) so had to follow german diversion signs, (yellow square with a U in the corner), not a major diversion but a bit narrow in places. Really nice toilets & showers. Obliging english speaking staff.

A well maintained and efficiently run site on the bank of the Rhine. The facilities are excellent with very smart shower blocks. Quite crowded as most German sites seem to be despite being the end of September. An easy stroll along the river bank into Rudesheim am Rhien which has an interesting although touristy old centre, well worth taking the cable car to the top of the hill and the Niederwalddenkmal statue. The site although good is quite expensive, 72eu for two nights and that was not a riverside pitch.

This site is very well presented, and the location is superb, right on the banks of the Rhine and only 10 minutes walk along the river into Rudesheim. Lidl, Aldi and lovely open air pool close by, as are cycle paths. Spacious pitches with EHU and water tap if required. Beautiful toilet and shower facilities. Restaurant and bar. Launderette and the usual washing up and disposal facilities. Flowers everywhere, immaculately laid out. Very impressive, but of course you get what you pay for, and all this quality doesn't come cheap. In saying that, I would be happy to stay here again, regardless of cost.

The campsite is a great location to visit. It is next door to the Municipal Swimming pool (Olympic sized // Diving etc) and has nice pitches with shelter from the sun.
The showers are "Wow" - My daughter called it the "Palace" as it was so posh. Looks brand new and very well set out.

We've visited this site twice. The location is superb-an easy walk into Rudesheim (which is a popular stop for the many River cruises that sail along the Rhine). There is a public swimming pool next door and it is convenient for Lidl, McDonald's and a bicycle repair shop that we needed to use. The toilet block is clean and quite luxurious. The owners speak perfect English. Pitches are not all clearly marked - but this site is in such a great area for exploring local attractions. A drive along the banks of the Rhine will take you past many interesting buildings and monuments.We will stay here again.

What a superb site friendly welcome, pitched alongside the Rhine, only ten minutes into Rudesheim am Rhein. A visit into the oldtown is a must, quaint cobbled streets full of old world charm, restaurants wine/beer gardens. English understood everywhere.
