Sorry to be different from the other reviews but this wasnt our style of aire. We thought the lake would be a great stop over but we arrived on a friday (23 August) as they were setting up bars and music venues (maybe a ‘holiday’ event). Anyway, the place was too busy, commercial and stark. If you have kids or are happy with crouded places, then please dont be put off by my review, we just prefer tge simpler side of touring. Im no fun sponge though as i run my own business providing climbing, biking, canyoning, abseiling, paragliding to groups, so i like a good time!
We drove 15km down the road towards Troyes for a much nicer spot that is still accessible to the lake (10 mins bike)

Car park style aire. Hard to find but that might have been my navigation!
Felt safe and would stay again.
Tourist info nearby as is pedaloes and water based activities and a couple of beach style bars.
You can cycle around three lakes but it was far too hot for us in 46c temperatures.

This is as said before a large car park style aire.
500 metre walk to lake edge, pleasant walk along lakeside ,small beach with pedaloes for hire acouple of small bars and ice cream kiosks open.
Aire moderately busy when we visited but it is large with lots of room
Very handy stop off from A26
Services available water €1 by credit card other services free. Toilets open at tourist info across the road.
Fairly peaceful nights sleep.

Cant really add anything to the previous comments or photos. New clean service point, still E2 for water and E3 for electric, free dump. Quiet at night, free to park. Close to large marina, all kinds of water-sports to be had. Nice walks along the banks. Just a short drive from Troyes (free parking in the centre). Will accomodate any size unit.

A free stopover used by lots of Motorhome drivers. Free parking but a small fee for water. Toilets are open 24x7 in the main Maison du Lac building at the water's edge about 100 metres away. There is a hotel with a small bar and a restaurant near the marina but this wasn't open when we were there. No shops open in the village. The area around here is tired but the lake is beautiful and there is a cycle route around the lakes which is half on good cycle paths and half on quiet roads. Overall good

Large free area for motorhome parking with limited shade. Great location by lake with beach, beach bar and restaurant nearby. Bread in the morning from the beach bar. Complicated mechanism in bourne seems to have been disabled, thus filling and emptying was straightforward.

We stayed for one night on our way down to Dole & Annecy. Large free aire with plenty of room, didnt need the service point but plenty of people using it, Small queue in the morning to empty/ fill and leave. We couldn’t find any shops after cycling all around the village but there is a small shop in the campsite further along the lake. The lake area is very pretty with a nice beach area and cylcle paths.

Stayed here for three night recently. Unable to connect to services with an English bank card. One of the most confusing bournes I have ever seen!! Many French, Belgians and Germans standing around scratching their heads trying to figure out the instructions. But, great lake and environment.

A large free aire on tarmac a few hundred metres from the lake, marina, bars, restaurants on the lakeside. There is a newly installed service point which requires credit card payment for water/EHU, a free cassette emptying point and 2 drive over drains for grey waste. It is essentially a car park for motorhomes but is well placed for exploring the lake and motorhome parking is restricted in some other areas.

Big flat car park for at least 50 vans in season, with bins. Toilets in the Tourist Info building open 24/7/365 and immaculately clean. Lovely location by the lake with walks in the woods, birdwatching etc. In the winter all the boats are out of the water and the water level in November is very low. TI office, restaurants etc all closed up. Boulangerie is in the main village (not lake front) but was closed for refurbishment.

Had 1 night stop. Large car park space for 50ish Moho . No facilities although sports Center 200m away . Basic cafe/bar down road very reasonable with basic food on offer . Owner v friendly . Possible to cycle around lake . Small park/play area close for young ones . Felt safe and quiet at night despite lots of Mohos present . Would def return and spend a full day .

This is a magic site! It's really just a coach car park, with no facilities, but it's set in the beautiful parkland, next to a lake. The walks from here can be short, medium, or very long, and all through beautiful countryside. There is also a bar/restaurant, and an information centre, plus areas for all sports you could think of! Stay out of season, as we did, and it's magic. I imagine that in season, it could be quite busy.

Very large free car park, meant for coaches, but mainly being used by motorhomes. There are rubbish bins but that's the only facility available. There is a campsite nearby so you may be able to pay to use their waste facilities if needed.

The aire is being used in typical European style and is very sociable. The local police have had a drive round and are obviously not bothered by the tables, chairs, awnings or bbq's!

The location is great, just across the road to the lake. A short walk away there are a couple of restaurants and snack bars. If you don't want to walk to the man made beach then MH's can park up by it during the daytime.

Only downside is there does not appear to be a local shop, so come prepared!
