Traditional village pub off main road though Send. The name comes from the original owners making saddles for coach horses passing through between London and Portsmouth. Regular live music held and range of other events take place regularly, making this a popular pub.

Hard standing tarmac that is level across the car park.
Easy stop off not far from A3. Ripley and Send are both pretty villages either side of the pub.
Good walks around the lake behind or along the canal nearby.
