Didn’t stay but a nice place to stop near the marina. When we drove by we saw what looked like a laundry facility installed at the end furthest away from the bridge (like those on some French supermarket forecourts). Interesting area. Also saw nearby another parking area taken over by motorhomes.

lovely spot adjacent to the barrage to walk around.
flat parking area, no services, near the road, opposite the marina, shops and restaurant.

A large parking area just over the road from a huge marina with shops, bars and restaurants. There are public toilets opposite and a sign indicating these should not be used for emptying cassettes or filling your tank with water and notes where the nearest three service points are located. There is an interesting bridge over the river next to the aire which opens and the area below is a huge lock taking 20+ yachts. This process takes around 20-30 mins so beware if you are caught either side when the bridge opens.
