Stayed for one night. Event on at the Arena so fully booked. We booked about 2 weeks in advance but only just got a place. On the day many turned away. Quirky and basic. Pitches tight. Main reason for staying is the location. Brilliant access to centre of Verona down steep stairs. Motorcycle noise at night. I think they like the hairpin bends. We followed directions on the website and access was not a problem. Expensive-49€ for 1 night. Noticed a few vans parked overnight on the road outside the site.No parking restrictions. No facilities there but would consider this option for an overnight stay.View all reviews by lancaster20

We had to rearrange our travel plans in order to get ourselves booked into this popular site, and we’re very pleased we did. Proximity to Verona, and views down onto the city, are fantastic. It cost us 88 Euros for 2 nights, which included all facilities (incl. EHU); there were two toilet/shower blocks, although I think these might be very busy/in demand in high season when there are more tent campers on site.View all reviews by MoiraBanks

Fabulous quirky back to nature kinda site perfectly located for visiting beautiful Verona. Fairly basic but clean facilities and very tight pitches and we struggled at 7.5m but made it. Bottom if site just fir cars and tents. Do NOT drive down hill you will never get out its that steep ! Steep walk through site down to the river and bridge or turn right out of site to get to furnicular railway which we did. Great spot to watch sunset and a peaceful place for couple of nights.View all reviews by jemaldridge

Arrived here late afternoon after visiting the Ferrari museum at Marenello. We thought we might get a 24-hour stay but we have to leave by 12:00 noon. It is going to cost us about €40 per night but we have decided to stay two nights as the location is so good and our stay has coincided with a wine festival over the weekend. Facilities are comprehensive but a bit basic for €40 per night. The pitches are very tight and in a wooded setting, no problem for our 5m van but bigger motor homes might struggle. The views could be stunning but the trees have grown and obscure the view.View all reviews by PhilD55
