Site located just in Scotland outside Gretna Green with easy access from A74(M).
We are in an ideal location for visiting Gretna Green, Hadrians Wall, Carlisle, the North Penines, Dumfries and Galloway coastal trail and Northern Solway. We are only 1 hour from Keswick in the Northern Lake district and 1/2 an hour from Penrith. The Scottish Borders, The Rievers trail and Keilder Forest are also easily accessed destinations as well. Glasgow and Edinburgh are an easy 2 hour drive away making an ideal stop off point if going to or from the Highlands or heading to or from the South of England.
Please note we are an over 16's site - The site is situated on a 'Parcel of Land' beside a Grade II listed Steading farm house. It is situated by the A74M and uses the Gretna services exit ramps for access.
We have 5 pitches all with a hardcore base, each has a grassed area for awnings or porches! Dogs are allowed and a good off road walk is available on country lanes 50 yards from the entrance. There are motorway services (Gretna Services) available 24 hour a day within a 10 min walk/2 min Drive.
