Lovely views over bay and towards Mourne mountains. Village 1 minute on foot. 2 excellent restaurants, Mourne sea foods and the Bucks head. Bayview chip shop. Old rail track walk north from carpark towards Downpatrick. Norman castle on hill with great views. Lots of walks south of village to Murlough house, dunes and beach. Easy safe cycle to Newcastle.
