Wow, what can I say, brilliant location for wild camping. We loved it here. Couple of issues which made the stay trying for us at times. There are low level plants all around the lake because the level is so low and they have grown everywhere. The problem with them is that the brown dead spiky seed pods stick to a long haired dog like their life depended on it. Our dog needed them cutting out. Also the flies can get really aggressive and persiaitant at times which got old really quick. We only left because it got cloudy. There's swimming in the lake, fishing (with a permit), all sorts of to do.. There's a small playground, plenty of walking and bins near the entrance.
