Large pay & display parking area in a central location run by North Norfolk District Council. On-site there is the North Norfolk Information Centre with public toilets, a park with childrens play area and a Social Club with bar.
There is a 2.2M height restriction at all three council parking places in Cromer but these are only used if there are problems and are generally left open. You can call the information centre in advance if you would like to check if the height restriction is in use or not.
The information centre has public toilets as well as a small shop, info counter, public computers and free WiFi. There is also a disabled toilet on the Louden Road side of the building which is accessible 24/7 (required RADAR key).
Services provided include public internet access, free wi-fi hotspot and some council services such as the sale of parking permits. There are two touch screen computers which are available to access tide timetables, bus timetables, accommodation (in north Norfolk and nationwide) and council services.
