The KNAUS Camping Park Castles is beautifully located directly on the Moselle and in the immediate vicinity of the state-recognized resort castles.
Here, in the oldest wine region of Germany, the steep slopes of the river valleys are densely planted with grape vines. The winemakers of the area are known especially for their fine fruity Riesling wines.
The name of the municipality castles is, as can already be assumed, characterized by the numerous, surrounding castles. The most beautiful can be the romantic and well-preserved buildings on various trails through vineyards, forests or explore the mountain ravine path (Ehrenburg).
Due to its large marina, our camping park was also nicknamed "Marina Laguna". From here you have a wonderful view of the castle Bischofstein on the other side of the river. Due to the numerous barrages, the Moselle is ideal for water sports such. Canoeing, water skiing and fishing.
Furthermore, the camping park has a restaurant with sun terrace and beer garden as well as a solar-heated pool, which guarantees a welcome cooling off during the days.
