Have stayed here several times and there has been no bother, first night in my new van and we came here, 2am in the morning we heard a bang, somebody had smashed my drivers window. About 10 minutes later we heard bang again, my windscreen had been put out and they have put a big hole in the side of my van. I will now be avoiding this area, we did not see anyone and there were other Van's next to us.View all reviews by carolandnushka

No bother from anyone and what a lovely spot, good views and a great little pub just a stroll away.
The road noise isn't bad at all after around 10.30pm and i slept in until nearly 9am.
100% will stay here again.
I got a spot right next to the canal and it was great but all the parking spots looked good.
Spent a saturday night here. Yes there is road noise from the road above and it is constent. The view over the canal is lovely and its a geat start point for walks. It is a very busy spot make sure you have a back up plan. That said we would use it again.View all reviews by irishwales
great spot by the river, however if you are bothered by noise from the ring road move on. decent pint in the pub nearby. Good walk along the canalView all reviews by richardnrt
Parking alongside the Leeds-Liverpool canal. There are a nimber of marked bays, big enough to accommodate large motorhomes and also space to park alongside the canal facing fields. Railway pub is 2 minutes walk with good food and dog friendly. Other pubs, small shop and restaurant 10 mins walk along the canal in Rodley. Spaces likely to be taken by walkers and cyclists on a weekend day but quiet at night. 6 miles to Leeds along canal, 3 miles to Apperley Bridge, 7 to saltaire- good cycle paths. No restrictions and motorhomes often stay for a couple of days with no problems. (I havent stayed here but live nearby)View all reviews by Dwarfland
