really quiet place well off the road ,the only noise was the river which is not a bad thing ,we had a good walk through the woods alongside the river saw lots of different mushroom but don't know enough to pick them to eatView all reviews by bazthomas
Easy access, plenty of space, level, quiet. Nice short walks from the parking.View all reviews by bfawcus
Great place to overnight. No facilities.View all reviews by RobBun
Try both Forestry Commission waymarked trails. Look at the information board it gives you a good idea of times and distance. The shorter one takes you through some great trees. The Yellow route takes you up through temperate rainforest, large spuce & cedar to several waterfalls, the largest definitely being worth it. Take a camera.
Absolutely delightful spot next to the river. Which was in full flow as the Loch Garry sluices we’re open. Couple of river/woodland walks from the car park.View all reviews by flyingbluedog
Some levelling needed.
Sufficiently far off the main road off a logging track that it’s quiet!

Great walks along the river not too taxing for the elderly (me) with a chance to see Red Squirels.
The entrance to the site is a little steep with a narrow bridge over the river to the carpark
We stopped here for a forest walk but stayed the night on this very quiet and attractive spot. No noise except the background noise of the adjacent river babbling along.View all reviews by Exorsi
