Parked on the Petagne pitch with EHU for £5 donation .
Beautiful Rutland village , will stay again .
Arrived 4:45pm Sunday but could only get a drink, pub closed 6pm, so no food, but still permitted to stay the night (Britstop). Pleasant interior. Friendly Landlord. WiFi in pub.View all reviews by Wildfreedom
EHU was a "compulsory" £5 Donation, but might be free if eating a meal?
Pub situated in a small pretty village. Note: Cellular Phone signal very poor/non existent in pub car park.
Water tap available. No waste disposal or sanitary point. Pitch relatively flat rectangular area at rear next to EHU located on light pole. Note: UK std plug socket. Euro adapter required.
Very quiet, peaceful night. Zero noise. A nice place to stop for the night.

Beautiful location in a small village in Rutland. Very friendly welcome by landlord and landlady. Great food and ales and the service was top notch. The car park slopes so levellers are necessary. Where we were parked was separate from the main car park and we had a picnic table right outside our door. We also had access to ehu if we'd wanted it. Would absolutely recommend this place and we'll be back. Didn't use any facilities apart from the pub/restaurant.View all reviews by stevengshaw
