Popular but scruffy aire. Mature trees. Concrete places to park on, some smaller than others and some in the middle of the area difficult to access. No toilets available. New grey water disposal area but toilet disposable was a concrete lid with a piece of wire to lift it up. Separate tap. Fresh water was over a sink which was full of water. Area a bit muddy. Many electric points but the two pin sockets were not the standard French ones. Each had a Euro plug as well.
Just outside the walls of the picturesque tourist town on the pilgrim road to Compostella so many shops and restaurants there.
Nice aire, above the village. Mountain views. A few Kites hovering overhead. There was also a toilet open on the aire. Village very “touristy”. All gift shops and restaurants! The aire was very quiet and peaceful, even though its close proximity to the village, and about 20 vans on it. €9 a bit steep!View all reviews by angelal
A bit of confusion here as had the coordinates to Camping Municipal Plaza Berri set in the sat nav . However a left turn was not possible due to No Entry sign, but on the right there was the bottom entrance through a narrow gate to this aire, so we ended up here by default. Large concrete plinths to park on , 6amp EHU included in charge of €9 pn. Only the toilet block marked Gents seemed to be open , so assume mixed sex. 10 mins into the centre past the Municipal Campsite and over the bridge and along the river. It rained heavily overnight so a definate + being on the concrete plinth. Would def recommend using the top entrance via the recycling. Lovely town well worth a visit.View all reviews by jant
Not stayed here but jus had a look as in area. The site is open but possible confusion as two different signages to location! Go via upper level and in via recycling area.View all reviews by carpetbagger
