Parking is level ovetlooking the reservior with walks closeby. The nearby tourist information was very helpful and there is a viewing point at the top of the village and a Dia % supermarket in the village. The services are as described with the threaded tap on the black waste so unable to attach a hose to the aqua portable.View all reviews by broadsranger
Great stopover, the evenings peace was disrupted by the village practicing for the fiesta at the weekend- very loud and very entertaining????
We had a nice night here in late January. Right on the edge of the lake. Nice sunset. We walked up the steep village roads through a cute town to the church on top and a bar where we drank. Nearby cafeteria and public toilets. Supermarket three minutes walk.View all reviews by Alanx1CG
Super location, amazing views. Might be a bit dog noisy (plenty of barking for some reason) but go for a walk along the dam in the morning!View all reviews by rvnomading
We arrived in early December, early evening. Terrible dog noise nearby so went for a walk and beer but still terrible, sounded like a very nearby kennel. So bad we decided to leave. Tried to empty but black waste unit was blocked up, overflowing and stinking. Such a shame, nice locationView all reviews by muffaletta
Area overlooking the resevoir. Flat, gravel hardstanding.View all reviews by JMSea
Pretty small town with Roman baths although not open when we went.
Clean facilities grey and wc emptying however unusual shaped tap meant you had to fill tank manually.
Worth the extra detour off A66 for good nights sleep in nice environment. Not alot else to do in area.
Stunning location! We loved it here! During our walks we saw otters, storks, eagles, comerants, vultures, a shepherd moving his flock of sheep ... Thermal springs in local hotel. Plenty of space for parking. It seems that the taps on the two water points have been reversed so that the threaded tap is marked WC and therefore you cannot connect a hose to the fresh water tap, so we used a watering can. But otherwise a fabulous site.View all reviews by SteveJulesMontycame2
Alas when we visited the weather was not nice but it is easy to see what a great stopover this is. Very picturesque. Please see my video review at https://youtu.be/FCqVaBxrY3MView all reviews by phodetheus
