happened to be a fiesta on and several very loud bangs through the day announcing the start of various events. also some loud music but think that fiesta related :)
plenty of cafes and bars, small supermarkets and great historical buildings. enjoyed a swim on the beach opposite.
menu del dia for €11.
lovely town, fantastic setting would stop again (if we could get parked).
As the previous reviews say, this is a very busy car park and was full when we arrived at lunchtime. It got quieter after 4pm so we moved from where we had parked. It’s a great central waterfront location near all the shops, bars and restaurants with a lovely view of the bridge. The castle is worth a visit and only €2!View all reviews by aliparrott3
This is a very busy parking area for locals so can be difficult to find a space. It was quite loud in the evening with cars and people walking by. On the positive it is in the centre of a lovely town. There is other parking across the bridge at the beach but its a good 2k walk back to town.View all reviews by felbourne
Overlooking the harbour/marina, this is the main parking area for the town. There is a strip of parkiing, so overall lenght isn’t an issue. No signs to say parking not permitted and there were three motorhomes last night. The town is a few steps away, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The parking starts to fill up during the day, so it woule be polite to the locals to move on. No facilities, although there is a toliet in the bus station next to the parking area. The castle in the hill is worth a visit.View all reviews by radioham
