Great sunday lunch reasonably priced, friendly staff. Not the biggest car park but ok, fair amount of road noise. On route from north to south.

Decided to do a cheeky stop over while the ‘eat out to help out ‘ scheme was on. Flat carpark, got there before pub opening time, as suggested by the landlady when we rang to book a table and stop over. Road busy, quietened down over night.
Young friendly staff, good pub grub menu, ranging from green thai curry to steak and ale pie.
We didnt walk anywhere from the pub, but the tarka trail is meant to be a short drive away. Handy for a stopover when visiting the area.

Pulled on this little gem for a meal. Fab food and great owners. Decided not to stop the night as our campsite was only in St Austells.
