Mountain bike stop 8m motorhome

Stopped here for a night in Nov , place wasclean tidy and all areas were well presented ,reception was very helpful and showers and toilets were very clean and tidy.
Town was within walking distant of about a mile.

Stayed for a weekend but was unaware that it was the Tweeddale bike festival, so loads of tents with mountain bikers. So site was packed full but still felt like enough room thanks to the big pitches. Two toilet blocks for men and women with a few showers in each. Unfortunately the showers were covered in grass and mud with the bikers maybe, there was cleaning facilities there but it appeared no one used them. I did, every time I showered. Reception staff really nice. Ok for weekend in Peebles.
