We stayed one night on our way to do the NC500, great stop! You can access the beach on the Firth only a few steps from the hab door, great for walking the dog! There is a church ruin at the end of the track which we found quite interesting, there is also a lovely looking guest house, this is a dead end so the only traffic you will see and hear is to the guest house, only a few min drive from the A9

Looked quite nice in previous review but now (May) surroundings are overgrown with tall weed. Still usable for a one night stop.

A lovely quiet waterside spot with hard standing car park space. Stopped at dusk. Ideal Stopover. Has had some tyres dumped behind it but not too rubishy at all. Enjoyed the view and the tide coming in! No facilities.
