A row of car park spaces with no restrictions ; the other side of road has restrictions limiting parking to two hours unless you have a neighbourhood permit. These restrictions stop after 1730 and start again at 0900. There is no mention of overnight parking restrictions for motor homes. There is a grassy park between the parking and the river which is popular with dog walkers. Chip shop and pizzeria 3 min walk away, not any restriction barriers in place here.

Used for daytime parking. Chevron parking up to 6m. Some parallel parking for longer vehicles. 5 min walk into town over Old Bridge. Enjoyed town trail and Lowery Trail.

stayed here last night, nice view of Berwick-Upon-Tweed but spaces are not level so fridge struggles to cope, woken up by gulls at 3:45 probably because of the tide times.
overall ok place to stay Berwick right on your doorstep, ok if you're pushed for anywhere else.

This is a little gem of a free stopover. Next to the river but at night we moved under the bridge to be less obtrusive and that felt a good call. Lovely walk in to town and very close to major supermarkets. Surprised we were the only folks staying overnight but still very safe. Very much recommended.

We parked here on a Sunday for a walk around town. Gentle walk over the bridge to this lovely town following the Lowry trail. We're 7.45m so parked in the 'nose to tail' spaces but there are others that you could fit a smaller van in. No parking 8am until 5:30pm without a permit. Free to park but spaces are not level and there's plenty of houses around. I personally wouldn't feel right parking overnight just because it doesn't seem appropriate.

Stayed here last night. Great location. And its FREE. Five minute walk over Bridge into town. Had GnT in Repas7 bar and then drinks and sharing platter in little bar called Atelier - food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. On a slight slope. View over the river.

A pleasant spot under a concrete bridge and fifty yards from a stone bridge over the river. A thin strip of grassy park next to the river and walking paths on both sides of the river. There are litter bins available and the place was clean. Although there were three or four vans there when we arrived at around 1730 they all departed and we were the only overnighters. We felt very safe. It was quiet. We would definitely use this again if passing through Berwick at the right time of the day

This is such an amazing spot, under the new bridge so sheltered from the weather, on the shores of the Tweed. Stayed on a Saturday night and the late night Scottish singing was amusing from the local drunks but totally unthreatening. Perfect in everyway!!

Just a brilliant spot a short walk across the lovely old stone bridge into Berwick.
We found the location by driving out of town across the old bridge (its one way) then immediately right to park up in an area under the newer bigger concrete bridge, this sheltered us from a torrential downpour!
We Would recomend The Maltings arts centre for fantastic views from its cafe bar also shows films and has a theatre.

What a great find! This site gives 2hr parking at no chsrge during the day but from 17:30 to 09:00 there is no charge. Close to the river and bridges eith only a short walk into Berwick (a great town). Yes, there are people and seagulls around but they disappear overnight and it is really quiet.

Stayed for 2 nights, on a Monday and Tuesday, no other CV's or MH's parked here, Berwick town centre is a 5 minute walk across the old bridge, good craft beer bars and deli's just on the other side, an ASDA is a 10 minute walk away, no bother from locals, seagulls are a constant noise, but after a while you forget about them. Great, free base to explore a nice town

Excellent find... due to all Berwick being restricted parking . Only down side occasional drunk walking past. Just ignore then and they went past.
6am noisy seagulls ... 5 min walk over the bridge into town. Chinese/ corner shop 2 mins from.parking spot.. Spittal beach 20min walk.
