What a fantastic place to visit. Everybody was so friendly including the lady who made us feel very welcome when we had called on the day.

Spacious pitches and only cost 17.50 for a T5, tent and two adults. Contemplated staying here again if it wasn’t for an appointment in Bristol. Definately will be returning here in the near future.

I don’t know if it is a downfall depend on your outlook for food but the reception has essentials incase
You have forgotten anything for your trip.

Clean and hot showers, clean toilets and clean washing up facility. With plenty of drinking water taps around.

Great relaxed site, at least 3 different camping fields , we had EHU.
If your into fishing there are two lakes on site, also for extra cost as it's part of leisure complex use of indoor swimming pool.
There is a bar that is open certain nights of the week.
fantastic site for young children as is a nature trail that takes due past goats and other wildlife .
A pleasant stay was had a will be returning

Site is quite flat with good amenities which are nice and clean, site is within walking distance of town (Calne) for food and a few pubs. You can walk from the site to the Cherhill White horse and Landsdowne monument, which can be seen off the A4.
