Car park in a new part of an old town, some unoccupied caravans and motorhomes obviously used by the locals for long term parking but still plenty of room left.View all reviews by broadsranger
The old town is about 30 minute walk away, resturant just 200m menu del dia and wine 15€
Skate park at one end which is open till midnight well behaved youths but the usual clatter of skateboards if you park closeby.
Feels secure, Guadia Civil training base close by . Do exercise area opposite , supermarket also.
Good stopover as there is are very few other options in the area.
ditto all of the below plus a large secure dog park just across the road. Lit at night. Great to exercise the dogs after a days traveling.View all reviews by mrsstowie39
Great location for stopover South. We were going to just stop the night but decided to stay for another night and vist the old town of Teruel, so glad we did. What a lovely old town with some lovely buildings and history, would definately recommend.View all reviews by artnuevo
Convenient place to spend the night and for a visit to the town although it’s almost a 3km walk to get there. Very handy having the Mercadona over the rood. Peaceful night spent here with the exception of the 4am sprinkler system but it doesn’t run for long. Avoid reversing over the grass area and you should be fine.View all reviews by WanderWebb
Teruel as a place to visit is good and bad. Where you park is the newer more bland part but a 15 minute walk into the old town shows the good. The old town is lovely, full of caracter. The stopover is a car park with grass next to it. It is a pleasant space overlooked by the Guardo Civil living compound which has a grand entrance. One word of caution: in the dry weather (at least) sprinklers come on for an hour starting at 5am. If you are parked grass side of the car park do not overhang the grass unless you want rhe back of the mh jet washed!????View all reviews by Turinshroud
Arrived mid afternoon and quiet. 4 MHs parked already. Filled up a bit later. No services at all as stated but parking opposite the Guarda makes you feel quite safe. Mercadona within a minute so what's not to like for an overnight stop. Drove from Huesca on the A23. brilliant motorway ..but a bit tedious.View all reviews by Apachelee
Arrived Easter Saturday 2019. Over 25 mhs parked up by 14.00 hrs. Good spot squeezed in. Close to town. Vg overnight stop. Tip in sat nav Do not turn off A23 at junction 117. Turn off at junction 115.View all reviews by royale
Free camping in a park near the Guardia Civil, supermarket round the corner, half hour walk into town about 1.5miles. Well worth visiting the old part of Teruel to see the cathedral and the museum of the two lovers. Felt very safe here.View all reviews by cathym
No facilities but that wasn’t a problem. Toilet in supermarket when open
Bakers and small shops next to park.
Have stayed a couple of times before on our way out to Almeria. This time was very busy end of April and full overnight. Stayed 2 nights so we could visit the city which as a beautiful historic old town. Also traveled to the picturesque town of Albarracin red brick town.View all reviews by normanb9
You can walk into Tereul in around 20 minutes. Mercadona close by. Friendly Guardia Civil who came to chat about the old car we were unloading.
Bakers in the square was open on Sunday morning which was a plus.
Ideal for a one night stop. It is a busy carpark and you may have to wait for a space.View all reviews by leltel
Mercodona opposite and several shops a short walk away
As stated near the Guardia Civil and easy access to shops.View all reviews by janyouens
Not far off the A23.
Slightly sloping but tarmac surface. There were 15 Motorhomes when we visited.
Felt safe and Mercadona across the road made it easy to top up supplies.
There was recycling bins and a refuse bin. No water, no drainage.
Fuel and supermarket on the route.
Free, slightly sloping, tarmac car park next to a police station, no services except for rubbish and bottle bins. 25 minutes walk to the historic centre which is worthwhile. Cycle tracks also available. Site has small area for dogs but all on leash. Supermarket, bars and restaurants nearby. Site is quiet on an evening and brightly lit.View all reviews by weeksd
