|Free fenced aire with about 10 or so spaces, facing onto the river with the town close by.|
The road layout on the map is not quite right, but if you turn off the Rue Rene Cassin/Quay de Nord onto the Quai de la Marine at the signpost for the Aire by the carpark (there is a junction that isn't shown on the map) you will find it easily enough. The turn into the gate might be tight for very big vehicles.
There is a skate park further on and some parking by the river.
Aire Services service point- 5Euros for 10 mins of water or 1hr electricity on bank card only.

Lovely spot besides the river and only a short walk to the nice town. Spent a quiet night here.View all reviews by WanderWebb
Great spot. Actually parked outside car park alongside river with many other mhs. 5 minute walk to town and Abbey. Beautiful old town to walk around. Auchan in town and Lidl just outside.View all reviews by GrahamAttwood
flat pitches but next to a main road that seems to get busier and become like a race track at night. despite there being a few campervans parked up it didn't feel too safe.View all reviews by mog120
I actually thought I saw someone prowling round in the bushes. lock your doors.
Its a lovely old town to stroll round and some good quiet roads for cycling. Also a fascinating bike museum for those interested in cycling. Found the fenced off 'aire' but it wasn't signposted and not marked out for motorhomes. in any case it was full of cars so we parked further along the river which seemed to be ok and great to watch the huge cruise boats go by. paid €5 by card for 10 mins of water which didn't fill our tank (100ltr).View all reviews by Karenwigmore
fantastic little aire on the riverbank. close to town. it is the BEST old town we've seen so far. Every street is steeped in history.View all reviews by tinatravelqueen
we absolutely loved this place. planned to just park up for lunch and stayed the night. took 70 photos in 3 hours! Well worth a visit. will add some photos on here
Lovely spot by the river and only a short stroll to the beautiful old town and abbey. Feels ‘right’ somehow. Dinner on the riverbank tonight!View all reviews by dash97
We stopped here briefly for lunch and a stroll. Nice aire with services (on the expensive side) and bins (locals came by to drop off recycling) and a pretty town with river walks.View all reviews by vanessavan
