Beautifully kept site, everything was clean, tidy and well organised. Owners were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Coastal walk into town was a little challenging in places but enjoyable, sturdy shoes needed! The 30 minute walk back up to the site is very steep.
The views from the coastal paths are stunning, that’s a little walk across some farmland.

Great site for accessing St Ives. Owner very welcoming and helpful.Fabulous 40 min coastal walk in to town. You can walk the road way but we didnt. Also great access to lots of other walks. Clean and tidy site. We had a hard standing pitch with ehu , tap and grey water drain.
Facilities clean and tidy.
CDP awkward to use as very tight space and we have used alot.

Nice site, the owner very informative on local area. We stayed on a hard standing pitch which was level with a grass area. Lovley new toilet shower block with a laundry. Nice coastal walk into st Ives, got bus back, don’t forget to tell driver where you are staying and he will drop you at site entrance. All in all a very enjoyable stay

This was a small site with easy access and flat pitches with water and ehu on each pitch. We visited in November and found the toilet block and showers really cold with a natural through draught but some may find it refreshing in August. Bit overpriced for us and not too fussed with St Ives either but that may be down to the weather.

A little gem of a site! The owners are super friendly, offered us a cup of tea while we set up! Very helpful about the area, how to get into St Ives, the buses etc....The facilities are perfect, couldnt fault it at all. I’d recommend the coastal walk into town, the views are amazing, in fact the whole coastal path is fab! We cant wait to go back and do more. Super doggy friendly too.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SITE.
Found hellesveor on search for sites.
Thought we’d try it for a couple of nights and ended up staying 4.
Lovely friendly people who can’t do enough for you to make you feel welcomed.
Lovely views. Nice clean toilet area.
About 20 minutes walk into town. (Get taxi back.)
There’s a coastal path from the site into town. Takes about 40 minutes but the views are breathtaking.
Highly recommend this site over the more popular two sites in St Ives.

Small and friendly campsite. Modern and spotlessly clean facilities. Lovely touch is the option of having fresh warm croisant or pain au chocolate delivered to your ‘door’ in the morning. For dog owners and walkers the coastal path is 10 minutes down the track.

Absolutely brilliant site. 20 min walk downhill to st Ives (uphill going back). 40 min walk along coast path which is a bit rugged but worth it. Quiet site pristine facilities. Lovely friendly hosts. Pitches a bit close together but wasn’t a problem. Site also does self catering cottages and a static caravan which are very reasonable cost considering where it is. Good bus service to many places of interest.

Super site.
Excellent hosts. Quiet and peaceful. Ideal for South West Coast Path. Lovely facilities (unisex). Super site for dog owners too. Beautiful walk into St Ives along the coast path - or short cut cia Rugby Club. Printed detailed map at reception showing options. Love this little gem of a site.

This was an ideal spot for exploring St Ives and the coastal path both about 30 minutes walk. The facilities were obviously very new and up to date. The owner was very friendly and shared useful directions. A bit more expensive than other sites we’ve paid for but worth it for location and facilities.

Stopped 6 nights on the hard standing full serviced pitch. As others said the pitches are close together but fine even for larger Motorhomes. The facilities are first class and very similar to southern France ie open roofed and comunal. The site owners are a marvellous couple who are trying really hard to make a go of this place. Excellent for walking and there is a bus ( Royal Coaches) that picks up from the entrance for £1.50 straight into St ives. We usually walked in and bused back.

We arrived here a little stressed as we were low on fuel and there is no fuel avsilable in St Ives. Andrew greeted us and immediately put us at ease with his friendly, polite and helpful manner. We were a great level pitch and were able to have a welcome nice hot shower. Andrew aldo provided us with maps, explanations and brilliant advice on the best way for us to walk into town and great recommendations for the best places to eat. We highly recomnend Hellesveor Holidays.

Hard standing pitches with water, ehu and waste. £23 night when we were there in January. We were the only ones there but would be a tight squeeze if full as pitches quite close together. If caravans with awnings up, not sure if there’d be 6m between. Site also suggests car is left in car park. Ideal if in a Moho like us tho. Quirky facilities in newly built barn type building. Unisex with no outside door to loo/shower area, very draughty in January! But hot showers.
