Great food staff very friendly pionting out local walks etc. If you want 2 for £10 not for you but if willing to pay for quality its fantastic 2 courses for 2 people about £50 , well wirth the money. Onsite deli selling lovely lical produce. Wish our fridge had space to fit in the pies for the rest if our tour.

This is a localish pub to me so not stayed over - it has a large level gravel car park behind the pub ,easy access & should be a peaceful overnighter. They serve breakfast at a weekend , food is local produce... friendly hosts & are very dog friendly with a corner shop 20yds to stock up on essentials & a small common area opposite pub to walk your dog! Cant really rate it as such as didnt stay over ..

Very nice pub and the landlady was great, the kitchen was being refitted so no food available but there is a chippy in the village if that's your fancy. The locals were a very friendly bunch and 3 of them were motorhomers so it made for interesting conversation with good beer. I was told that the only facility outside was a tap but I didn't need water, obviously the inside facilities were spotless
