Very helpful team of folk here.
At the end of the day it's simply a hotel car park but very sheltered (care....the trees on the edge of the car park shed seeds in the autumn wind....don't think they can damage anything but the noise of them hitting a Moho roof would, no doubt, annoy some...) and very handy for a walk around the town

Arrived mid afternoon, staff at the hotel very accommodating and friendly.
Pitch at rear of hotel, turn right onto small lane at side of the hotel which leads to rear car park, with view to harbour.
Level and ehu and water available for £10. And full use of the hotels facilities, but no grey or toilet waste disposal points.
Small 5 minute walk to ferry terminal and town.
Inside the hotel the staff welcome you to the bar and the food we had was lovely.
Anyone thinking about the NC500, this is definitely a stopover.
We couldn't get any TV reception even though close to the mast. But that really wasn't a problem.
Would recommend.

4 spaces with electric, but 2 without, so 6 for the night. Great facility, could not have been friendlier. Went to Ferryboat for dinner, but had a drink in the bar afterwards, gave biscuits to my dog. So convenient for dog walks, garage, and shops.

Great location for Ullapool and perfect for protecting you and the van from the remaining winds from storm Dorian! Comfy bar but felt food on expensive side for what you got. Happy to pay 10.00 for EHU and made to feel welcome.

Had a free nights stay as didn’t need EHU (£10), lovely quiet spot away from the road. Had use of the bathrooms during opening hours (open from 7.30am) and there is space for numerous motorhomes, we were the smallest there x Great friendly staff, great food (they do not insist you eat or drink just because your staying there). They ask that you vacate by 11.30am so it gave us a chance for a walk around and chance to plan our next stop x Highly recommend x

Totally agree with all other reviews , easy to find Off main road in to Ullapool , parked up went to Hotel reception , paid £10 and friendly lady comes out and switches electric on and thats it , water and use of bar and toilet . Really good set up , Ullapool two mins walk , and ferry port too .
Just to add , returned after 5 days on Lewis , motorhome developed a leaky roof , called in to lend a ladder , manager obliged even tho he on his break, 45 mins later MH sealed and we on our way , Brilliant site , saved our Holiday as still had 10 days left in Highlands .

Stayed one night on tour of NC500. Cost jut £10 for electric hookup. Top up of water also used. Had use of toilets inside which were immaculate. Didn't eat in the restaurant but food looked good. Did have a few drinks in the bar on the evening, which was lovely. Views from the front terrace of the bar overlooking the harbour. Just a short walk down the road into the main town. Did some shopping and had a couple of drinks in another little pub. Staff really friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Easy to find, good level car park behind the hotel. The owner is a motor-homer and kindly allows 4 units to use the place where there are 4 EHUs. It's £10 for EHU and we didn't bother.
It's only a short walk to town where there was a pub, too busy to get a seat and a pub too busy to serve us. There is also an independent grocer and a Tesco in easy walking distance. We ended up drinking at the Royal which was perfectly nice, busy enough to create an atmosphere, but not heaving. The toilets inside were open till late and again in the morning.
Thank you for an great stop ????

Only 4 spaces available on a first come first served basis. Free or if you use EHU it is £10. We didnt bother as we mainly use electric for the heater and it was an unseasonable 22 degrees.
Park round the back of the hotel on the level tarmac at the far side by the stones which have the EHU points and a water hose is in the corner. We were under no pressure to use the hotel so we just had a couple of pints as although the menu looked ok, there are some nice restaurants in Ullapool.
A great place to stop

We overnighted here a couple of weeks ago in our camper van and took advantage of the EHU offered. We asked if we could take our dog (Jazz)in the bar and get a meal and drinks, was told as it was not to busy it wouldn't be a problem. The very friendly staff made all of us feel very welcome and the food and drinks hit the spot, whilst Jazz was getting spoilt with treats given by the locals. Will definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this Hotel as a friendly place to stop at.

We stayed here for one night in our camper van. Park at the rear of the hotel in the coaches/overflow area. We stayed for free as didnt need ehu. Only us here as quieter time of year. Had dinner at the Ferry Boat Inn and was by far the best quality food we’ve had on this trip so far 10/10. Then we went to their sister hotel in the next street for some great live music. Large Tesco store just 5 mins away for stocking up, no fuel here however there is a fuel station right outside the hotel. Lovely views from the car park over the harbour.

Middle age couple, Didn’t use the EHP, so a free overnight stop off, flat CP with water if you need it, superb bar that allow dogs, very busy, great atmosphere, vintage cars staying overnight doing the 500’
Garage next door for Fuel, LPG fill-up is just up the road for gas top-ups.
Room for 4 motorhomes.
Toilets open during open hours.
Highly recomended.

Just pulled up and are only ones in car park, lovely friendly staff. £10 for electric and water but we could also have just stayed for free if we had not wanted hook up. Highly recommended stop. Ullapool is very pretty and close to the hotel.

Stayed here for a night, asked if it was ok in the bar and they were more than happy for us to stay. Had a couple of beers but was disapoonted that tje resteraunt did not do much sea food as they are right on the harbour. So we went to the Ferry Boat Inn. It was packed and the food and view from our table was great.

We went in to the Hotel to ask if we could park for the night. We didn't need any services, just a flat spot. They thanked us profusely for asking and directed us to what we think is the best spot. We then went in for drinks and food and appreciated their friendly attitude towards us. We highly recommend this place.

What a great find! 4 x EHU bays at the rear of the hotel, water also available, use of the toilets at the back of the hotel during the day. Staff really friendly, only £10 a night. Very nice food in the hotel and very close to town. First come first served, I suspect this gets busy in the summer. Dog friendly in the hotel bar

Just overnighted here. January, so only Motorhome in the carpark at the back of the hotel. Very quiet. Very friendly reception on arrival and had a delicious evening meal from the extensive menu. Biggest malt whisky range we've ever seen. 300 malts behind bar. They don't take bookings for the 4 sites, first come first served! Electricity hookup, fresh water available. No waste disposal. On harbour and in town. Nice pubs and eateries.£10 for night. No charge for dog.
