Overnight stop post lockdown. £5.40 payable by the RingGo app. Busy carpark with designated motorhome spaces, very close to the beach. Snack bar open but only 1 pub quite a walk away that was super busy (Strawberry Gardens) so we didnt stop for a drink. Dolphin Chippy tea was nice. Some issues with locals making a pest of themselves, but all quiet after 11pm. Clean, serviced toilets a short walk away for 30pView all reviews by sealine30

paid for 2 nights but had to move off due to a hand of feral youths attacking our van then running off 3 initially then a further group of 15 stood just out of view. We would not recommend this site to anyone.View all reviews by rainmaster
I did email Wyre council who told me someone would contact me from the relevant car park office. I was hoping for a refund as we did not stop there but paid for 2 nights. No one had the decency to contact me and they have not refunded my money. looks like the feral youths ate winning.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Nice and peaceful, we didn't experience any issues. Very close to the beach entrance, great if you have a dog to walk and a fabulous little beach hut cafe at entrance to the beach which makes a mean bacon butty. You can't pay cash onsite, payment is made via the app which is easy to install and use. No facilities here at present, but apparently an Elsan point will be installed this year. Motor home spaces are easy to pull into. would definitely use again if came back to this area.View all reviews by amandabradley08

Motorhome under 8 metres.View all reviews by Shreky
Great stop over for us visiting the Blackpool illuminations.
Approximately 4 miles from the start of the lights.
The stop over is in a large car park with bays specifically marked out for motorhomes.
Its an app / pay by phone via, "ring Go" to pay for the stop over. Costs £5.30 Per night and you can stay up to 3 nights.
It's right next to the seaside front so you can haed off for a walk easily. It's all flat and no hills. Great view across the water to barrow in furness with a great back drop of the mountains of the lake district.
Overall a great stay very quiet. People turn up quite early walking dogs and going fishing but no problems. Several vans there too.

Stopped here quite a few times but just recently its started suffering anti social behaviour. Teens on top of the cafe roof and running up and down the beach hut roofs. Was going to stop yesterday so we could visit the market. But at about 18.30 lots of teens running about and on top of beach huts as we went to go to the mount for a meal they were chucking eggs at passing cars. This was while we were stood waiting to cross the road they were not bothered we were stood there so we just got off.View all reviews by mikejay

Just spent two nights. We arrived Friday morning and many of the large spaces were in use by cars although there was plenty of other car parking spaces, this seems to be the norm. However, by 6 most cars have gone so there should be no issues for the night.View all reviews by pandw
Good location for beach and dogs are allowed except May to end of September. During this period it is not far to walk to beach that dogs can go on.
We would use again, well done Fleetwood, let's hope other councils provide overnight parking

I’m a local, so I don’t stay overnight. The parking signs have just gone up, so thought I would share this location. There are many things to do in Fleetwood, Market 4 days a week, a trip over to Knott end on the ferry, Fleetwood Freeport shopping outlet and local shops and eating places (great fish and chips).View all reviews by mojopink
You can hop on a tram into Cleveleys and Blackpool. There’s a cafe at the car park and public toilets and swimming pool at the Marine Hall just a few minutes walk away. Enjoy

Stayed for two nights Sunday and Monday, only one on Sunday then had another small camper join us on Monday, very quiet. Free parking during the day and paid by the app for the nights £5.30 each night. Great spot for walking into the town and walking the dogs on the beach, but they are not permitted on the beach in the summer months. Would use this place again when back up this way.View all reviews by marleytops
