very tight access to Parrog but lovely small village. Car park at the end of road next to the boat club with access/slipway to beach. Excellent views over river and bay. River can be crossed on foot at lowtide onto huge Newport beach. Make sure you know the tide times as tide comes in quickly and can cut off access back to car park. (long walk around).Campsite across road (Morawelon) with easy access to coastal path.View all reviews by gordonb156

We found this while mooching about. There are no restrictions on the car park. It's a lovely view and a great spot to do some walking from. The public toilets were open all night and are very well kept. It may seem like a lot of cars are parked up but it's because some of the houses are accessible on foot only.View all reviews by irishwales
We had the pleasure of seeing some seals in the bay when we visited.
