A campsite a little north of Le Mans. Run by a very friendly English couple. Pitches are big, we chose a nice shady one. One dead tree collaspsed while we were here so check trees on your pitch as it would have made a lot of damage or hurt someone. It could have been that the owners might not have sighted anyone on that pitch anyway but it came down with an almighty crash. Was no need to pre book although on their website they ask you to and also ask as you arrive. Would certainly reccomend and come again as passing. We paid 35.50 euros, pitch two adults one child and a dog.

Very nice English owners who have been there since 2016 and developing the site. Good size plots with bush/shrubs demarcation. Electric and water available. Good shower block. Site open all year although during winter shower block not open. Well appointed village 5min walk with butcher, baker, supermarket and a pub. Campsite next to pleasant little river, also a restaurant, not certain of opening hours. Only spent one night en route to Roscoff but would recommend. 24euro for two adults.

Large grass pitches (may need levelling ramps - we didn’t) most with hedges for privacy. 16amp EHU. Very well maintained, clean toilet & shower (push button) block. Good facilities, friendly English owners, peaceful location. 5 mins walk from village centre, with local shops, bar & restaurant. We used it as a base to explore Le Mans (15 mins drive to 24 Hour racing circuit & museum - free parking, no height barrier, highly recommended for petrol heads!).

Nice site but disappointed to be charged €30 per night in September for no facilities other than a nice shower block.

Toilets and showers open now. Lovely peaceful site with huge pitches. The owners of 2 years are gradually making it a really beautiful site. The river runs close by. They are hoping the new pool will be open early summer. Only a 10 min drive into Le Mans. The village has supermarket, bar, butcher and bakers and is a 5 min walk away. Very oretty village. Definitely recommend and will stay longer next time as there are lots of interesting villages in the area. Very friendly English owners

Staying for 1 night in November, toilets and showers are closed over winter this year but the owners are hoping to change that soon as they have only been open 2 years. Site is lovely, village is great, the restaurant near by is good but very French (expensive). There is water, electric, grey waste and chemical waste facilities. The view of the river just over a small track is fantastic, lots of grassed areas for q picnic in summer. I would definitely recommend this site.

A convenient site some 3 hours from the Caen ferry. Picturesque quiet site with large pitches with electric and water. Unisex adequate toilet block, could do with some updating though. Only pay with cash expesnive for the facilities on offer. Short walk to the local village. Site is well sign posted from the motorway. Hopefully the new owners will continue the improvements and then it will receive a better rating from me.

Stayed 2 nights. €24 dogs free. Lovely site by the river, good restuarant opposite. Walking 5 mins to village. 2 mins to riverside where there are tables. Lovely welcome. They do not have a card machine so pay either cash or cheque, or you can pay online if you book online. Good size pitches. We used this site on way home to Uk. Shower block was spotless wih new washing up / laundry sinks recently installed. Would go back again.

We stayed on this site for 3 nights at the end of our holiday as we made our way back to Le Havre. We enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome by the owners who are from Gloucester, Martin and Louise and their son Lewis who our son enjoyed spending time with. Showers were clean and the water hot. The site has large pitches with shelter from established trees. Currently only 40 pitches but potential for 100. It is close to the city of Le Mans and we got the train in, car or cycling is an option
