Lovely site.View all reviews by explorerdora
Large shady pitch with EHU and fresh water.
Swimming pool still open in October.
Limited hours for bar/ restaurant but food good.
Toilets remind me of primary school. But rather basic - no seat or toilet roll. Showers again very basic and cool (temperature)
However great location for exploring Arcachon.
Decent shady pitches (most need levelling blocks), many with water and EHU. Toilets/showers quite spacious but very basic. Bar/restaurant and small shop on site (order bread the night before). Short walks to bustling town, beach, etc. Off season 16euro, good value.View all reviews by strinesian

Stayed at Club D'Arcachon for two nights. It was our first visit to the site. It's approximately a 20 minute walk to the centre and lovely beaches. The site is very clean and quiet with a small and friendly bar/restaurant on site. The staff at the reception were a credit to the business.View all reviews by iansamuel
Visited Camping Club d'Arcachon at the start of June 2017. I have stayed here a few times over the years. Its generally a nice peaceful site, with clean facilities and a pleasant walk into town/to the beach. Site is forested and shady.View all reviews by rtl2rapido
Staff were friendly, and there were no issues during my stay. I was pleased to note some improvements had been made to the pool area since my last visit.
Small shop on site and reasonable restaurant. Remember to order your bread at the bar the night before!
Sorry to say we had a different experience with this site. Called here in Sept 2016 and Arcachon is a really lovely town with fantastic beaches, but alas we found this Campsite to be a real let down and stayed just the one night. The site is on a fairly steep slope and if you are at the bottom of the site the reception, pool, restaurant, shop etc are a fair uphill hike. The pitches are reatively small, sandy and situated on randon multi levels, campsite road access is tight, the toilet block whilst adequate is pretty basic and uncared for as really is the whole site. The Pool is nethier one thing or another - small on split level with a kiddie slide. Even the water taps had oversize connectors on them. Acsi rate was €21 with tax, felt cheated and couldn’t wait to escape. See pic of our pitch, we are the white Motorhome in the middle, hemmed in on both sides. Our previus Campsite was Le Paradis in the Dordogne - and what a difference !View all reviews by steveb
Fantastic site! We are here currently (March 2016), receptionist spoke great English, only €16 night with ACSI card (v large m/home, EHU, dog & 2 adults). A 15 minute walk into the gorgeous town of Arcachon, little bit hilly, but not bad at all. Lovely, private pitches with EHU and water. Highly recommended!View all reviews by austinpierson
