Very friendly campsite.
All facilities open.
You just Drive in, park up and they will come and collect there fee.
We had a VW T5, two adults, £15.
Electric was £4 for over night. There is a Electric meter at the side of your pitch. It takes two x £2 coins.
Showers are 50p but lasted for approximately 10 minutes.
Situated right at the side of a lock with a stunning view of the castle that is lit up at night.
Be aware that the Midgies are out in force on are still night.
There is a beautiful Bakery at the top of the road. Opens at 8 o’clock in the morning,
Sells their own distilled Gin, well worth a visit.

A cracking location.
Very friendly staff. Pitch for one night including electricity hook up £19.
Sadly I didn’t have a 50p coin for the shower and had to squeeze into our motor home one again :)

Great site and friendly owners. Brilliant views of the Loch. Just turn up, find a pitch and they will collect your money at some stage. You need a 50p for a shower. Facilities a bit basic but work okay. Good value £8 for a tent

A lovely campsite with views over to Eilean Donan Castle through the greenery. There are toilets at the top and bottom of the site. Would be nice if they had a paved path to the shower blocks, but that's being picky. Hens wander on the path at the edge of the site and on the shore - and their eggs are left for campers to buy at 40p each. There's a German-run bakery near by (also selling pizza) and a lovely walk along the shore to the village and castle. Good value for money.

What a fantastic little find. A quiet spot with stunning views across the Loch and on to Eilean Donan Castle, which is just a 10 minute walk away. Friendly management, relaxed atmosphere, the perfect chill-out spot. The local bakey and pizza place are just 30 seconds away and worth a visit for the quirky buildings, not to mention the cracking produce.
Will certainly return.

This a small campsite which overlooks Eilean Donan castle. We were lucky to get a pitch overlooking the castle so that's a win. There's no reception when you enter but you're expected to find a pitch and the manager does regular rounds. The facilities, whilst neat and tidy are dimly lit so feel a bit dingy.

Very good basic yet perfectly adequate facilities. Great view of the Loch and castle. Find a pitch and the owner will collect site fee from you paid £15 and an extra £2 for electric (£2 coin in the electric post) absolutely no complaints recommended and we will be back.

No new information to add, except that the electricity didn't stop after 12 hours. We put our £2 in at 6.30 pm and it was still on at 9 am. The toilet block is being improved and is very clean, all the facilities are in place and its got nice terraced pitches for views of the loch.

Great location, very informal, all the basics - showers, toilets, ehu. Great views, walks etc nearby. Pub and shop over the bridge. Coffee/cafe closer. Shower could do with a bit more power and space but did the job.

lovely wee site very close to Eilean Donan castle. Toilets/Showers basic but clean and efficient (50p needed for showers).
Great view of surrounding hills/loch and very convenient for the castle. £2 for EHU but reflected in the lower pitch price.
Great place for a stopover if heading to Skye or NC500 from down south.

Lovely informal campsite with a few facilities walkable from the site. Try the quirky German run bakery, pizza place gin bar literally a stone's throw if you turn left out of the drive. £2 coin for electrity and 50p piece for showers needed. Just arrive and plug in - owners arrive later to collect pitch fee of £15
Thought we would have the place more or less to ourselves at 2pm but it really did fill up.
Showers a little short of space, could do with a stool and a bit drafty but shower block being done up so maybe .....
Would definitely revisit.

Lovely little site. Have a £2 coin for electricity per night and 50p piece for the shower! Money is collected in the evening. Nice pub in Dornie The Crachan - which is a bit of a walk across the bridge. Food looked good and was v busy in a Weds in early September. Showers are very nice. Could do with a tad more pressure but worked fine and very nicely done out. Two - yes two! - sockets and USB charge points in the washroom so good for hairdryer and straighteners ???? Views across to Eilean Donan castle. Grass pitches and hardstanding with elec.Would stay again. Esp for £15 per night!
