Site is ideal for visting Whitby as its out of town. The toilet block is a little dated but is usable. The site really caters for statics and only has a few pitches for anything else. Ideal if you have dogs as field next to it and good walks from the site to Ruswarp village. As for Whitby we will not be back, horrible place

GBP35 for the night was quite steep but we booked same day in the high season and it was the only pitch available in Whitby. Some traffic noise, a lot of long term pitches and facilities pretty basic. Would stay again as very convenient short walk into Whitby town but the site itself is not a destination.
