VW T4 campervan , April 2019 stayed at South stack upper car park in april lovely place so quiet and peaceful, one other camper with us and a couple in the lower RSPB carpark another fantastic unspoilt spot. Lighthouse is well worth a visit loads of wildlife including puffins and porpoise / dolpins off the lighthouse.

Great place, end of January. No one else around. Theres three places you can park a van/ 2 moho. We parked there onone of the windiest days in the year, and were buffeted all night, but it was cosy.

If you have a larger van, you could park at the RSPB Centre site for best facilities - itis VERY exposed and windy throughout the year. Ventre opened from 10 am every day, with toilets available. Exceptional views.

Just up from main carpark is a second one, which has a bit if a slope, but we parked side on and didnt need chocks. If there are a few parked there, chocks may be needed.

There are actially 4 car parking areas and a pull in where you can park in this area. Sat nav postcode will take you to the first car park but keep going and you’ll see the others. Fantasic view, no issues at all sleeping here, although I imagine yhe RSPB and highest car park will get the wind more so than the lower one. Will stay again.

Stayed on main Rspb gravel carpark very busy until shop/ cafe closes no charge or signs saying no camping another six vans turned It is preferable to check the weather forecast as that night we abandoned camp due to very strong howling winds around 11.30 pm didnt make for a good sleep so decamped fiwn to Holy head for shelterThe views a fantastic and second to none but make sure the forecast is right for you!

This is a lovely place to stay. South Stack is a popular tourist spot so this car park does get very busy. It becomes quiet around 5.30pm about 30 mins after the RSPB shop closes. Started to get busier about 10.30am.

Great walking from the car park over holy head mountain or down to Treardurr Bay.

What a fabulous spot. Roads are narrow but road from holyhead town is the best.
We were only ones overnight but couple vans in lower car park which is prob more sheltered but views are not as good.
Views are amazing and we were lucky with the weather although quite a wind.
We had breakfast in the cafe which was great value at £6 and supporting RSPB. You can use toilets when centre is open but otherwise nothing which is ok.
Fab overnight spot and will definitely come back.

Lovely views from main car park. 4 campervans and us (6.95m MH). We spotted another MH going up to the walkers car park. There's also a smaller rspb car park in view below the main one, no sea views there, but 3 campervans stayed overnight. Free in August 2018. Shop and cafe open 10am to 5pm with toilets. (Dogs to be kept on leads at all times in the reserve. No dogs allowed in café as expected)

We arrived at RSPB car park about 7pm , there were only a couple of cars parked. Amazing views and d a beautiful walk down steps to see the lighthouse, sea and rocks. It was misty and the fog horn was going but was actually quite relaxing, very peaceful spot with great choice if walks. We left about 8 to do a walk a couple of miles away but returned late morning for post walk brunch. Great bacon sandwiches and coffee. Good shop and lots to look at and do.

NO charges currently in place (07/07/18) on the RSPB car park and its flat and smooth in the corner nearest the shop. You can carry on up the hill to a smaller walkers car park as mentioned but its very busy in the evening and first thing. Toilets can be used in the cafe (with purchase of food or drink) from 10am. Perfect stopover but be aware the car park will be rammed full on a sunny weekend by 11am!

Perfect spot with fantastic views. We went past the rspb on the left then up a steep hill and car park is on the right. No WiFi or phone signal, perfect place to watch the sun go down.

Absolutely fantastic. Nothing there (A litter bin) but views to die for. Wouldn't go there in the busy season. Drove up past the main car park to the very top one. Small lane but easy in our 7m campie.

We stayed here in late October. There were three vans in our party all coach built and under 7m. There are no facilities at all just a bin. We were going to stay in the RSPB carpark as previous review stated but it was full. So I gingerly went up passed the lighthouse centre/shop and continued up to the top carpark/shale parking area and it was empty bar one van. The three of us has breathtaking views uninterrupted. It is narrow but passible and truly well worth it. I would pay to park there!!!!

Stayed here in rspb car park for one night. Arrived to a good view of light house and empty car park , however fog came in and fog horn going all night , so not much sleep . Cafe and information centre open at 9am.

Slightly sloping car park, very exposed to the weather - it was blowing a gale and raining when we visited, so we didn't stop ! No facilities, and in good weather fantastic views; plenty of walks, good for birdwatching. Roads are quite narrow, single track with passing places - no problem for campervans, but perhaps more of a challenge to larger vehicles.
