Definitely well worth £10 to park over-night, fantastic sweeping views over the bay, especially if you can park at the far side of the car-park. Nice walk down to the bach, really breathtaking on a nice day. Good pub with decent wifi too. Toilet block in the car-park, can pay car-park fee with card and PIN.

NOT the pub car park, council owned, £10 with all night toilet NO bins. good walks on south west coastal path, access down steep worn rocks to beach when tide out, what a view. I recommend the C-bay bistro next door for excellent food and is dog friendly inside which the bowgie inn is not.

My husband and stayed here in our camper, along with two sets of friends in larger motor homes. Absolutely stunning location with views over looking Crantock Beach. The beach is a short walk from the car park (when the tide is out). Lovely coastal walks to Polly Joke too.
We all ate in the pub, which is very welcoming and reasonably priced. They even have gluten free options. The car park is hard standing with a slight slope, and has a toilet. Excellent value. Would recommend for all sizes of campers and motor homes.

been coming many years. £10 overnight is a bargain for this view. can get busy and if you don't like much noise sometimes the bowgie has bands playing etc... We love it though. great access to beach and poly joke is a little bit of a walk maybe 10 mins and is quiet and dog friendly. pub foods ok... pretty standard stuff but what more do you need ????

Words cannot describe the view.. short walk to beach, pub in ya back garden, toilet in car park.
It's a little bit of Cornish heaven..
And all for a tenner till 10am.
Some have said a proper site is only £11.
But I doubt it has a view like this..
And I'd probably be pitched next to Brian, sharon and his 15 kids from Birmingham..

Beautiful view, brilliant location right on the SW coast path. friendly people.
They have new pay and display machines that now take card payment. Nice and safe with lots of other campers here.
Dog friendly.
We came in first two weeks of august and there was plenty of space. Nice and clean toilet with sink.

£10.00 all night can't beat it. Ate at the pub, not expensive, as someone who didn't commented previously. Food about £12.00 per head. Great views just us and 2 others. Definitely worth a visit. 5 mins walk down to the beach & dog friendly.

I stayed here last night. Beautiful and peaceful. However, this car park is nowt to do with the pub. Lovely view and a nice clean toilet. Pub is an eating place really but cheap and cheerful varied menu.

Didn't stay here as a nearby campsite only charged me £11 pn for pitch, one adult and one dog, inc EHU. BUT, the view from the Bowgie is my most favourite view in the country! Well worth the £10 parking fee. I was a bit annoyed to read below someone complaining that the pub wouldn't give discount on food so they didn't eat there ... the parking is owned/managed by someone else and the pub don't have any say in the matter. Always visit this pub and view every time I'm in Cornwall.

After a day of non stop rain the view was still great, but then at 7pm the sun came out to show what a fantastic sight this place is. Sunset to behold. All for a tenner. If possible arrive before 5pm as the pub and the access lane get busy after this. Toilet in the car park. Oh and you will need lots of change for the car park machine which doesn't take the new pound coin. Didn't eat at the pub.

£10 for overnight parking on lower car park as pub would not accept motorhome on top car park...no offer of discount when I said we would be eating/drinking there. Looked online at menu food quite expensive so will not eat there if paying to stay...usually spend £50ish when staying at pubs.
lovely spot overlooking surfing bay/walking paths well worth a visit.
