A lovely small site tucked away behind the town’s cricket club. Very clean & tidy with good size hardstanding pitches set around grassy areas so feels quite spacious. The toilet/shower block is heated in the winter. It was very quiet overnight & during the day. Campsite guests are allowed to use the Cricket Club bar. The campsite is only 5 minutes walk from the town which has several pubs including a Weatherspoons. Its a very good location for cycling along the canal path and to Clumber Park. We would definitely visit again.

Lovely site, clean facilities. Good size hardstandings or grass in summer. We went for new year. 5 mins from town centre but not at all noisy on the site. We went for an indian 5 mins away it was lovely. Walks up the canal. And also a large fishing lake with plenty of benches to sit on,We went into the cricket club on. both nights and we were made very welcome. Children are allowed so for some it was very good. Site warden was very helpful. We will go back again

Lovely quiet site with shops and food outlets close by. Access was tight across bridge to access but at 9 meters it was easy inwards but 3 shunts to get out. Really friendly and helpful warden. Nice dog walking along canal and round lakes accessed via shopping centre next door to site.
