Lovely camp site its on a hill so views in all directions. But is can be a bit windy. Lovely clean toilets. Grass and hard standing mainly on the flat. Its off the beaten track so need a vehicle to get about. Grass no electric £17pn £20 with elu normal facilitys on a lovley site showers, water, dish wasing, ect ect, on thing did get my bck up, people walking there dogs one man took his dog out and stood there while it peed up a caravan, and it was a long wee. Great little site, handy for Newark and the dealers there. We were Pxing the Mhome so was ideal. Walked across the fields to the Old Reindeer pub in Edingley, excellent buffet meal, help yourself for £7.95 ate far too muchView all reviews by colincocokfield

The owners are friendly and more than willing to talk to you about the farm and the wildlife that lives on or nearby.
The campsite is on a hill and has wonderful views, you can walk into the village and visit the pub in about 15 minutes, the walk back takes longer as it is uphill!
The facilities are slightly dated but always clean.
Some good walks direct from the site, we often walk into Southwell to see the Minster and other attractions, there is a bus available if you dont fancy the walk back.
