First time here and I agree with previous comments. Fabulous private site with large hardstanding pitches with water and EHU. Beautiful part of the world for walking and cycling. Toilet is a great asset and is immaculately clean. We were greeted very warmly and made to feel most welcome. We will certainly come back. £17 per night for our Motorhome and 2 adults - very good value.View all reviews by bdnorthumberland
Great location for visiting tourist locations in Northumberland such as Cragside, easy access. Really friendly owners, well spaced hardstanding pitches with EHU and water on the pitch. Elsan and grey waste disposal. There is only a single toilet, which seemed to be unheated, but it was perfectly clean. No showers. £18 for myself and 2 children in a Motorhome. Very quiet with views over fields, lovely sunrise in the morning.View all reviews by LGyorkshire
Very large pitches well spaced out, each with its own water supply and ehu close by. Only a toilet on site but very clean and serviced every morning. The grounds are immaculate on this peaceful site with an abundance of wildlife. Great walks directly from the site and access by car to some of Northumberland's best landmarks and places of interest. The quality of the site, the facilities and friendliness and helpfulness of the owner makes this a must as a place to stayView all reviews by geegee
A fantastic site! The owner Harry is lovely and his hard work in the upkeep of the site means its immaculate!View all reviews by gailb
Perfect if you are looking for a peaceful break!
Lovely walks from the site particularly to Branton Lakes nature reserve.
An easy 20-30 minute bus ride into Alnwick to visit the stunning Alnwick Castle and Gardens.
The site has a WC but not a shower which wasnt an issue for me in my MoHo.
Would definitely go again.
I stayed two nights here last week and I have to say that the owner was very friendly and helpful. The site is very neat and tidy and is approached through a large open farm yard. The Caravan and Motorhome Club site is immediately beyond that in a grassed field with hardstanding, water, drainage and electricity at every pitch. The next field is the owners private site with similar facilities. There is a single toilet (very neat, and clean). There are no showers. We will return to this siteView all reviews by tonymilford
