Lovely family holiday at Manor farm. Facilities great, little old fashioned but added to its charm. Quite quiet site for august, but my kids loved playing in the park, the swimming pool and evening entertainment.
My husband and i enjoyed the bingo etc.. Gin & Lemonade £3.30 at the bar, so not to expensive.
Will be returning.
Go left out of the campsite and head towards Stonebarrow for some beautiful views
Recommend the cafe when you turn right out of the campsite and also the George pub, great garden for the children and lovely food

Site ok but expensive for the offering. Showers are basic and are locked at 9pm everynight! There is a takeaway and a pub on site but they were closed Tues to Thursday while we were there (even though signs up outside on the road were advertising the pub and food) . No shop on site. There is an indoor pool heated to 30 degrees which has a retractable roof but it's only open 10-1pm daily (can't use on the day of your departure either!). Lots of pitches to choose from on site. They had cut grass but left long un-strimmed edges which made it look tatty. We had a look round site further down road (Seadown) only £22 a night with nicer facilities, a shop and really close to the sea front.

Cost us £123 for four nights, 1 dog and two adults with electric! Like a ghost town during our stay in July with everything closed but they have signs up for New year and Christmas!

Decent site with good proximity to beach, great for fossil hunting. We didnt manage to do the fossil walk which was recommended to us as fully booked so recommend booking on the website first. Clubhouse doing bingo and live music if you like that sort of thing and a lovely hot pool. Only downside was the traffic noise However would come back.

Nice well kept site, facilities limited due to time of year. Shower was nice and hot. Decent sized hard standing. Quiet area and a short walk to Charmouth beach. Can get a bit of road noise from the A35 if the wind blows from the north. Caravan and MH spares shop 5 minute walk away, they have lots of spares and accessories if needed. Would return. Some great walks around the area.

We have stayed at Manor Farm on several occasions, always been made very welcome. It’s a great site flat pitches and located at the bottom of a beautiful village with great amenities, grocery shops chip shop post office and dog friendly pub that serves beautiful food. The beach is a short 5min flat walk. There are some beautiful walks in the area to walk the dogs. I would certainly recommend a visit.
