Tricky one to get to, sat nav takes you tiny residential roads, there are easier routes, suggest google maps first, harbour master is lovely helpful chap you past his office in way in, ( he gives lots maps local details etc when you pay) so he pops out on his bike to meet you, the facilities are clean , shower 1 e. The shower / laundry block is seperate from wcs and gets locked at 10pm? Overnight.
There's a couple of huge lifting canal bridges within 100m stroll for watching the waterways, the only slight negative, is directly opposite there's a immaculately clean concrete casting unit, not noisy, they empty out yesterday's mounds with a pair of synchronised fork lift trucks, stack then fill again 9-11.30am then it all went quiet for the rest of the day
