Great stopover within easy reach of Bristol, Clevedon and the M5.
Level carpark.
Friendly staff and great home cooked food. Reasonably priced.
Would suggest phone ahead as it was busy.
No road noise.

Had a great evening here - and joined by another camper later! The new owner was very happy to have campers over night, nothing was a problem and their energy and enthusiasm was infectious! They didnt know they were partnof S4S or Britatops but were very happy to help. They were thinking of improving their offerings for campers in the future ai watch this space! Apparebtly the food is amazing but i arrived too late to sample. The owner was happy for ke to cook diacretwly in the car park though becUse of that. I would 100% stay here again - big car park, easy access, friendky staff, quiet. Great!! I went to Cheddar Valley the next day easily.

Under new management since October 2018. Restaurant and bar fully remodeled and very nice and cozy. The food was great, the beer was come, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend a stop over here and will come back if we're in the area.

Stopped here on way back from St Ives. Rang ahead spoke to a very helpful lady. Large car park only short drive from M5. Had a meal in the restaurant very nice, very large portions. Quiet once the pub closed, peaceful nights sleep. One other Motorhome in the car park. No services but toilets open whilst the pub is and can be entered from side door so no need to walk through the pub. Will definitely use again going south.

Stayed one night. Did not book in advance but owners were most welcoming and were more than happy for us to stay overnight. There was no pressure to buy anything more than a drink at the bar, however we did have a meal, and very good it was too. It was Turkish night and we had a very tasty kebab and salad. Along with a pint of beer it was the princely sum of £7.83. Very good value. Level site and very quiet. Just the cows in the field next door to wake us in the morning. Would recommend.

Spent one night here - had a fantastic meal and very enjoyable evening in front of log fire. Very welcoming hosts and was invited for bacon rolls but wanted to be on the road early so didn’t partake! Really good location for exploring the area or just a stop off on the way to and from the south west as it is really convenient for the m5 and Bristol. Explored Clevedon today and will definitely return when the weather is a tad warmer !

Really great spot for a stopover. We were made to feel really welcome by the landlord and staff. There was another unit parked up too. The landlord even offered us a free coffee and bacon butty in the morning.

Friendly welcome. Pub specialises in sausages and we were tempted, but we had fish and chips and it was excellent. Comfy sofas. Good music playing.
Big car park behind pub, some early morning traffic noise.
Thanks, we will come again.

Stopped here travelling between South Devon and North Wales. Arrived at about 8:45 so a bit late for a meal but had a pint and some chips. Very welcoming and cosy pub. A peaceful nights sleep was had. Only issue was no where to walk the dog the following morning. Busy road during the day with no pavements. Apart from that a perfect stop off, a few minutes from the M5

Large car park, only slightly sloping. Food excellent and very nice decor. Very friendly staff. Would suggest if travelling with a larger motorhome arriving earlyish to get most suitable parking space. Very convenient for M5. We will definitely return.

Food very good and host very friendly. They have been in since approx March and are slowly updating whole site, bar eating area has been done. Fairly big eating area outside, some wooden decking some grass. Close to M5 about 3 miles so handy to break up trip. Nowhere to walk to from pub due to no pavements.
