We are a small and friendly site ideally situated just a 5 minute walk from the beautifully picturesque town of Burford set in the heart of the Cotswolds.
We accept both caravans and motorhomes and have mainly hardstanding pitches with a few grass pitches, all having electric hook-up and all having their own individual bays separated with mature trees and shrubs.
Our site is mature and attracts an abundance of birds and wildlife in a beautiful garden setting (people say its like driving into someone's back garden)

Lovely cosy little site with spacious hardstanding pitches seperated by low hedges.
Plenty of fresh water taps dotted around, plus elsan and greywaste disposal. Clean and warm shower/toilets rooms, plus undercover dishwash area.
Easy walking distance to the picturesque Cotswold town of Burford, which has plenty of dog friendly pubs and cafes and numerous exclusive shops, plus a Co-op.
Bilash, an excellent Indian restaurant at nearby Carterton that delivers to the actual pitch for free.

Small and friendly site. Two no. nice and warm, good shower, toilet and wash rooms. Grey and foul waste disposal not particularly convenient as not accessible by motorhome. Wardens knowledgeable and helpful re local area. No views from the site.
Busy road walk to Burford town but in easy reach. Good dog walking once away from site but not direct from site. Some road noise from adjacent busy road.
Nice site but wouldn’t rush back there.

Very friendly welcome. John went out of his way to ensure we had a pitch that worked for us. Access is a little tight for a large unit but it looks worse than it is. Slight noise from the A40 but not enough to be a problem. Excellent location for Burford and a great little site.

Nice small site with a very infomative, polite warden. Facilities older but very clean. A short walk to Banbury which is a lovely old town. Although the chain coffee shops have made their mark there are lots of lovely independant cafes and shops which are well worth a browse. Make sure you visit!

Stayed 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. It is a small and lovely site with plenty of room and all the facilities required. The toilet block is small but is immaculately clean and the showers are very good. The small town of Burford is beautiful and this site is a stone-throw away from the very centre at the top of the hill. At £18 per night it represents excellent value. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful site, 5 min walk into Burford, which is a lovely town.
Excellent location for touring the Cotswolds, and at £18.00 per night for two adults, dog, EHU and awning ..... if using, you can’t complain.
Showers, toilets and waste disposal, the host’s, John and Leslie are a very welcoming couple.
Would return again

What a lovely place, it is so close to the town and the quaint shops . Plenty of pubs and coffee shops. It is a typical medieval town, fantastic architecture. The site is small but you have plenty of space. The toilets are loke an wnsuite. You go in and have a sink, toilet and shower to yourself. They are spotless. The site is next to a main road as you should expect as you are so close to the town. 5is did not nother us at all, we were there for a weekend.some people were not please with the noise but as many people wer ok with it. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming you felt like part of the family. We will definately go back and for £18 a night itsa bonus.

Beautiful little site, so well kept. Near to the town with plenty of pubs and eateries. The only thing that I didn’t like was the road noise, but bearable for a weekend break.

Had another fabulous stay at this beautiful little site perfectly nestled in the Cotswolds at Burford. As always the site is kept to a really high standard, the grounds well tended and the facilities clean and warm. Pitches are spacious with enough hard standing for those wetter days. And finally, your hosts, John and Lesley... friendly, welcoming and always wanting to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Highly recommended. Pay them a visit.,,.you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed at this site in February half term, so the weather was always going to be against us. A lovely quiet site within walking distance of Burford, which is a lovely town. Some beautiful countryside and perfect location to do lots of walks.
Site was well kept and maintained, the toilet block was a little tired, but clean and warm.
Would certainly come back.

Lovely little site. A short walk from Burford which turned out to be our favourite town visited in the Cotswolds. Clean and warm toilet block. Friendly owners. We had a couple of nights here and would happily stay again.

Wonderful site with helpful, personable wardens John & Lesley made our stay there a highlight of our road trip... many sites could take a leaf out of their book with regard to local knowledge, welcoming and hospitality. If given a choice ask for a pitch away from the road if you are easily disturbed as each pitch is divided by shrubs/flowers and all are well tended. Easy walking into town down a hill but well worth the effort to visit. Lots to see in the area so worth a return visit methinks.

We have just come back from stopping 1 night at this site with friends and we loved it. We chose it for its close proximity to Burford (5 mins walk). Its a small site with only approximately 25 pitches both hard standing and grass. The wardens were lovely and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and very helpful. Beautifully kept site. Would definately go back again.

Arriving at this site it felt like driving into someones garden! The site is very attractive with lots of hedges and flowers separating the pitches which are a mixture of hardstanding and grass. There are only 25 pitches and approximately 6 of these are occupied by seasonal tenants, who are very welcoming and give that added feel of security. Liked the fact that the site is adult only. Toilet and shower block is nothing fancy but it is warm and clean. Perfectly fine elsan disposal and dish washing points. Some road noise but nothing too troublesome.
Lovely 10 minute walk into nearby Burford which is full of independent shops, restaurants, pubs and a great butchers. Some takeaways will deliver to site. Lots of walks locally. No need to move the moho for the whole weekend!

Great little adults only site just 5 minutes walk from Burford, a delightful Cotswold town with lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants and various shops including a butchers, bakery and a Co-Op. The site is small but the pitch size is great, toilet block has 2 unisex toilets and showers, washing up facilities and Elsan point. Near a main road junction but not too much traffic noise, have stayed on noisier. Wardens are extremely friendly and helpful. We paid £18 per night end of March.

Small and friendly site. The pitches are a good size however if you like to have acres of space between you and the next van then you probably won't like it. However, for us who like to just use the van as a base and get out and about it was perfect. There is a small toilet/shower block which was clean and warm.

It's just a short (10 mins?) walk into Burford which is a pretty typical Cotswold village. Lots of pubs and little shops, cash machines, co-op which is open until about 10pm each night should you have forgotten something. Probably very touristy in the summer (I think there are coach trips there during the week).

There was live music on both Friday and Saturday nights when we were there and we felt very welcome everywhere we went. We ate in the Cotswold arms and the Golden Pheasant both really good.

I didn't really want to review this place, I want to keep it so it's always available when I want to go!! We will definitely go back.

Great little stopover for our first weekend out of the year. Site is definitely in the small and friendly category, with only 25 pitches, of which there is a mix of hardstanding and grass and even in Feb the grass was well kept. John, the onsite warden met us on arrival and showed us to our pitch and explained all the facilities.
The site is nicely landscaped with hedges providing a bit of privacy for each pitch and I would imagine very picturesque in spring and summer when in full bloom.
Pitches are a good size with enough space for awnings etc. There is a bit of road noise being close to the A40, but not too intrusive.
Burford village is delightful and only a 5 mins walk from the site. We had planned on eating out but the traditional butchers in the village had some great cuts on display, so we ate back at the MH.
At only £16 this is a great value site and includes electric and dogs welcome free of charge. Would recommend this site if visiting the area.
