Have visited twice in the last 6 months both times have been excellent- well looked after, and the site is groomed to perfection. Good dog walk facility available. Adult only site and therefore very quiet and tranquil.View all reviews by StevieLambrini
Next time we visit will be in a motorhome..
Stayed here for 3 nights in August. Really quiet adults only site. Facilities were good, the toilet blocks and showers were clean and warm. Motorhome service point was fine, all be it a bit of manouvering to get to the grey waste drain. Not much places for a walk though unless you walk on the road, there were no paths on the roads either. We walked to the Garden Centre and it was a bit scary with cars flying past us. Good area for exploring Hadrians wall etc.View all reviews by shadowhood
Nice newish site. Very exposed so could be fun in windy weather. Facilities are good, modern and clean but cold in winter as unheated. Big long dog walk.View all reviews by agent006
No service point for motorhomes, very much a caravan setup, you'll need a waste container to drain grey tank and carry to drain point unless you've got a long drain hose. There's a jet wash area which is useful for those on a long term tour as it's impossible to wash pretty much everywhere else.
Just perfect - stoppedvthere on our way back from Scotland. 3 miles from M6 yet quite. Brilliant facilities huge walking field for the dog and delightful owners.View all reviews by oriolo
