Nice location. Pitch where you want ensuring reasonable distance between uints. Clean toilets and showers. Easy walk into Brockenhurst. Good cycle paths through the forest. Bus stops outside the gates although we didnt use the bus.

Great site in the forest. Very large site and from the farthest point a good 15 min walk to the main gate. Very relaxed with ponies walking through the site. No EHU. Good showers with hot water and toilet facilities. The staff are all very friendly and give you a lot of information although we went at quite a quiet time. There is an hourly bus service on the main road to Lymington or Southampton with an easy walk into Brokenhurst. Good for cycling or walking in the forest.

Really beautiful location. Right in the forest. Easy to walk to Brockenhurst but it is via the main road. Can get to Brockenhurst eventually through forest but not easy. Fabulous butchers in Brockenhurst that sells quality seafood too. Nice pub too - The Huntsman with amazing gardens and great food. . Lots of horses and Birdlife in forest. Only downside this weekend was not enough facilities open and pretty busy, queues for showers. Only one chemical disposal point open, lots around, but all closed. Hopefully as season goes on will open more facilities. Beautiful spot.

Have stayed here 5 times, great access to many walks/cycling routes on gravel tracks no cars great for families. Short walk to pubs, coffee shop and convenience stores. You are literally camping in the New Forest national park, horses roam free around camp. Gets very busy during Bank Holidays and school holidays. Amenities are well maintained. Lot's to see and do in local area. Very relaxing break recommend you bring a bike to see more of the area.

Have stayed here several times, great access to many walks/cycling routes on gravel tracks no cars great for families. Short walk to pubs, coffee shop and convenience stores. Warning horses roam free around camp, don't leave anything precious out at night, theyre early risers and like to rummage. (They will even share your breakfast). Very busy during Bank Holidays and school holidays. Amenities are well maintained. Lot's to see and do in local area. Very relaxing area to stay in the summer there are often charity cycle rides to get involved with.

This is the real deal for wild camping ....with a little bit of comfort , very nice washing /toilet facilities, ponies wandering around the site ,be very careful of not leaving any rubbish outside your tent at night, the ponies will spread it everywhere , perfect for cycling ,walking ,beautiful location, very friendly staff.
