Elderly couple stayed here 2 nights. £20 per night no ehu. It was busy and fairly tightly packed. It was okay. quite a walk into Cleethorpes but a couple of pubs nearby and McDonalds KFC nearby. It was okay. No complaints.View all reviews by mriand
Grass pitches (needed levelling blocks). Good sized, clean toilet block, with ‘industrial’ fixtures & fittings. Site is surrounded by steel fence which is a little oppressive but well located near the beach. Very busy in August, as one would expect! 20 min walk along the seafront path into Cleethorpes itself.View all reviews by strinesian
Crowded site. Great if you have endless awnings tents mini caravans as all crammed into pitches.View all reviews by explorerdora
Toilets reminiscent of times gone by.
Approximately 20 minutes walk along seafront to Cleethorpes.

Very friendly and informative welcome from Jo. The site has all the necessary amenities, so no complaints there. Reasonably priced, however the campsite wins hands down on location! A very pleasent stroll along the promenade into Cleethorpes (30 mins) the pier is NOT dog friendly. Lovely town. The Signal Box (smallest pub on the planet) is right opposite the campsite entranceView all reviews by leepogson
Visited September, nice little site close to cycle path and other attractions. Pitched were a little close together, but this will not stop us returning.View all reviews by barbaraM
An average site, probably a little overpriced at £24 given that ehu supply is only 10a and the facilities a little dated particularly given the stainless steel fittings. Everything clean and tidy and wardens are friendly enough. What it has going for it is it's proximity to Cleethorpes and its' attractions, beach, promenades, eating places. It is next door to the Showground so an event could prove a little noisy.View all reviews by mikeyj
Excellent site for access to Cleethorpes and surrounding area. Site mostly flat, have grass and hardstanding pitches, electric and non-electric camping pitches. Facilities very clean and well looked after. Shower cubicles very deep with plenty of hooks so clothes/towels don't get wet. Plenty of hot water. No play area for children but very easy access to beach for dog walking and about one mile flat walk on promenade into Cleethorpes. Bus stop (every 30 minutes) into Cleethorpes and runs up to 11.30 pm. "Smallest pub on the planet" - Signal Box Inn just outside gates of site alongside Cleethorpes Light Railway. Commercial centre within walking distance - several fast food outlets. Only two downsides are occasional smell from sewage treatment works near to camp gates plus occasional noise from Showground next door.View all reviews by croudyl
