Couple with 8.5m motorhome. Quite a large site all tourers. Facilities good and open although numbers in the toilet blocks are restricted this didn't cause any issue. Access to the site is good and close to Filey, the beach and the walk along Filey Brigg. There is building work very close to the back of the site, the noise didn't affect us as we were far enough away.View all reviews by CGennery
£19.50 per night in September for a hardstanding pitch with EHU. Easy walk into Filey along the beach. Nice clean facilities next to reception. As stated before, basically a large open field. No drive over drain for grey water.View all reviews by barb2503
Large field within walking distance to Filey and the start of the Cleveland Way. Path from site to beach. Level grass pitches with electric. Good TV reception.View all reviews by explorerdora
Large site, mostly grass pitches, fairly flat, with EHU. 10-15 mins walk from beach and/or town centre.View all reviews by strinesian
A great location for Filey, the town is just a short walk along the beach. (Prepare for hills!). The site is functional though a little soulless, basically a huge field with vans in rows. (A bit of landscaping would make a huge difference). £30 a night with electric, peak Summer. There's a cafe just by the gate if you don't fancy making your own breakfast. I'd definitely return though I'd probably choose a hard standing pitch, which are around the edges and a better position.View all reviews by TuesdayGirl
Pricey at £35 for mh with ehu, but then it is in a fantastic location, showers and toilets ok but nothing special considering the price.View all reviews by littlelegs75
Great location with sea and cliffs in the distance, clean site and facilities, local authority run which we think is great. Huge car park next to it but says no overnight stays. Short hill walk to Filey beach and then to town - had the best ice cream !!View all reviews by LibbyLB
At the entrance to a country park. Opposite the car park and very open. Some pitches have distant sea views. It feels like a large uneven field with electric hook ups and two toilet/shower blocks (£10 key deposit). Toilets were clean just a bit plain. A lot of pitches so not vast amounts of room I would like to go when fully booked.View all reviews by theclarkes
Very close to filey, only a 10 minute walk so the location is great. Not bad at £16 A night. Hardstamdins a bit poor though just a few paving slabs.
Large, generally open, environment. Good facilities but limited washing up. Not far to walk to Filey, and the clifftop and beaches are all immediately available. Clearly a site where groups travel and camp, together. Party time more than peace and quiet - but we didnt have any issues.View all reviews by phaeton
Quite expensive but facilities are spot on. Staff are also very helpful and always easy to find. Well stock shop, showers are nice and powerful. grass clean and well maintained. Views are nice and only a 10 minute walk into filey.View all reviews by coopersmith
Stayed here December 2016 for one night only. Site virtually empty so review may not apply during high season.View all reviews by angienorton
Site is located on the cliff top overlooking Filet.
Steepish hill down to the beach but not a problem for us.
Nice welcome at reception, £16 approx,( can't remember exact amount but felt it was quite reasonable for one night) had to pay £5 deposit for toilet key.
Facilities a bit tired but very clean and warm. Very important to me as I can't bear cold toilet blocks.
Told where the hard standings were situated and we could pick any pitch we liked.
I know the site charges extra for dogs but we weren't asked if we had a dog so didn't volunteer that information.
Would we stay again? If we were n that area again, yes we would.
good site run by local authority , toilets and showers clean but in need of a update , very welcoming reception staff , the grass needs to be cut either more often or not as short to reduce the clippingsView all reviews by izabar
This site has a great location on the cliff top on the outskirts of Filey. It's a good site for dog owners as you can take more than 2. There are good walks on the Cleveland way and country park adjacent to the site.View all reviews by gailh
Across the road from the entrance is a path down to the dog friendly beach (5 mins walk) - it's a bit steep on the way back up!
There's a nice cafe at the site entrance (not owned by the site) which does nice breakfasts, light meals, home made cakes and ice cream etc.
Filey is a nice little seaside down with a good variety of shops, cafes and pubs - it's only 10 mins to walk into the town centre from the site.
The site is mostly grass. Hard standing is available but it's rows of pavement slabs not gravel. There are 2 shower blocks, both heated. They are dated but clean.
There are usually 2 weeks for price of one available in low season
