Right next to the beach, small pitches, good, clean facilities. Bar selling food, except the night we stayed there, so can't comment! Lovely walks along the beach and small estuary. Lovely helpful receptionist, spoke good English. This site is all about the location, if you like the beach, it's amazing. Would def return to explore the area, one night wasn't enough. Would agree about the dog mess, but not enough to put me off staying here.View all reviews by welsheagle17

Discovered this site last year and loved it, it had everything we had hoped to find. Amazing views, a small bar that also sold bread, sleeping only 2mts from the beach. We took a 4hr detoir this year to return. Most things were the same as last year except that the rules on dogs seem to have relaxed. Lots of dogs running around not on leads and lots of dogs crapping anywhere with the owners not bothering to clean up. We had to clean up dog shit from our pitch three times. Reported to site staff but received a shoulder shrug.View all reviews by bigphil1

If you like to be right on the beach, this is the place for you. Municipal site, so fairly basic toilet/shower facilities. 20 min walk to small town with restaurants, mini-market and tourist info. Beach dog-friendly out of high season.View all reviews by wetbadger

Great campsite right on the beach which is dog friendly in parts, fabulous views, little village approx 20 mins walk with a few restaurents which were mostly closed when we visited. We would def come back again for a longer stay. Didnt use the facilities so cant really rate themView all reviews by stephencd1

Stayed here last June for four days. Been un touring France for five weeks this year and haven't found another place as good as this. We are going to drive five hours to return to this place as this is our favorite place so far. I hope its as good as last year.View all reviews by bigphil1

Lovely municipal site that is open all year round.Right on the beach. We had a pitch overlooking the beautiful bay.Welcomed by a very hard working warden that spoke very good English.Only one toilet/shower block open in the winter so males and females share.Very clean but the heating in the showers wasn't very warm, the water itself was very warm. The pitches are grass so got very bogey with a lot of rain.Lovely port/town a short walk away with a few shops, bars and restaurants.View all reviews by jerry

Great campsite with good clean facilities. the grass pitches are generous in size. We stayed next to the beach and watched the tide come in to within 40 ft of where we were pitched. Cockle picking is allowed and everyone was taking advantage.View all reviews by mikeretallick
