Good site. Easy to access the services black, grey and potable. Bins available. Looks like they may offer ehu in the future.

Level gravel pitches.

Town well worth walking up to whether just to see the sites, grab a drink or something to eat.

Yes there are church bells no they did not keep me awake.

Would use again for sure.

Great free parking.Stopped for lunch but decided to stay the night.Lovely Historic Spanish town.
Shame about the ton of dog poo in certain areas around the castle.
Would stay again if passing.

7.5m MH, lovley place and free with services but no ehu. Nice town with bars and restaurants. Recommend visiting the castle although the inside is shut for renovation, just to see it from the outside along with the views is impressive.Quiet at night and we were the only ones parked up.

Great location. But the toilet emptying point is blocked and coming up and out the fresh water drain. Other than that a great place to visit, would come again.

A fantastic stop over! You MUST tour the town walls and the castle with deep moat. Also look around the exhibition in Tourist Information. Lots to do.
Morning in the village is vibrant. Lovely coffee bar and nearby bakery in the main square to soak up local atmosphere.
Site quiet and hardly heard the bells referred to. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

This is a lovely place to stop. Flat level space with room for at least a dozen vans probably more. Free water, grey and black water emptying. Well lit at night with a few trees for shade . Gorgeous views from van and a short steep walk up steps to village you can keep walking up to castle ramparts with some stunning views. Village was quite lively with a handful of bars/ restaurants although nowhere served food till 8.30 in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

Large, spacious aire. Decent service point, care with high preasure on toilet water tap. Better if other tap is running at the same time. Lovely town, nice walk up to the castle. Small local supermarket, baker, several bars. Chuch clock bells and cockerel make sure you dont sleep in. Would definitely visit again.

Great aire tucked in a car car park beneath the old town. Lots of steps & a bit of a steep walk into town but well worth it. Visit the tourist information office opposite the church just off the square - the man is so helpful & provides a great map for you to do your own walking tour. 2 km around town walls plus lots of other things to see. Great views of the plains from the rock houses. The only thing that spoilt this aire for us was the 2 lots of bells that chimed every quarter of an hour.

Great site. Water tap is now fully functional. Be careful with cassette tap pressure. Magnificent castle for those able to hike the hill (up and to the left). House caves a must (half the hike but to the right) with panoramic views across the plains. Families out for eve in playground but lovely and quiet once gone. Church bells didn't bother us. Sent to sleep by a chorus of frogs and gently woken by sound of the birds and said rooster. No shade so could get very warm in summer.

Stayed with one other vehicle on a wednesday night in December, good facilities, level hard parking with street lighting. Very quiet although distant clock bell rings throughout night. Town also quiet at this time of year, worth a walk about to see cave houses and possibly fort if open and not suffering with castle overload.

Fantastic stop over. It is Junction 88 from the A31 signed Chinchilla norte then follow signs for Chinchilla oeste. Definately do not go through town
It is a lovely town, sn interesting walk UP to the castle and worth having a sit with beer or coffee at the bar in the square on the way back.
We were the only ones here mid afternoon and 5 of us by morning
The local lads (7/8 year olds) were playing chase in the car park but left about 7

A good stop with free emptying and filling station. A nice town. Lots of space. No shade at the moment. Would recommend if arriving from the north you take the first sign for Chinchilla oeste you will pick up the autocaravana signs. If arriving from the south the second exit for Chinchilla otherwise your stat nav may take you into the town which I don't recommend.

A great aire on the edge of a very picturesque village. We were lucky enough to arrive as a medieval market was on all weekend. There was a lot of activity going on. The site itself is flat and level. Facilities are adequate. The down side is that it's a trek to the village. If you don't do steps or hills you won't be able to investigate this town.

Was clean and tidy on Sunday afternoon. Six motorhomes present. Great to have disposal of Grey and Black water (watch out for splash back from press plunger tap pressure) Quiet, possibly because of Sunday. Take it slow walking into town. Flat hard standing with street lighting.

On the face of it, a lovely Aire in the shadows of the old town. Although dog poo still a problem and for us the chiming two church bells every quarter of an hour through the night means we will not stay a second night - which was the plan. Still fine for an overnighter and the town is worth a visit - although you need to be fit as it's all up hill!

Very much as described except somebody has taken note of the dog mess comment and cleaned up. It is obviously a community area with basketball and football courts, a kiddies playground. Locals park here to go off on bike rides etc. It is quite exposed on one side so the wind could be a factor here. Fantastic tapas bar and restaurant in the main plaza up the hill, by the church. (Restaurant Dhalia) Looks like the site is wired to eventually provide electricity, but not yet. Worth a stopover

Stayed here for two nights on the way to Madrid. Really nice town with a few pleasant bars. The castle is well worth a visit although one cannot enter the inside. There is a very pleasant hike from the area going up to the telecommunications tower. Many interesting cave houses. My only minor criticism is there are too many lights at night.

Convenient stop minutes off A31. It's also good for A30 as there's a 5 mile link between 2 motorways.
The aire is new with good clean facilities. Quiet at night. It's a shame that there's quite a lot of dog mess around.

Large flat parking area on gravel with free clean service point. Steps up to the old historic town and castle. Pretty town sqaure with several bars/restaurants with outdoor seating. Interesting walks around the old town walls to castle and cave houses. TO in town and small shops. Great place to stop and great views from the castle up the top.
