We rang in advance to ensure pub was open on Monday 28th as it only opens, every other Monday..Monday is Quiz and Curry night where we had the delight of choosing between Turkey Korma, Pork Jalfrezi, Beef Madras and Vegatable Balti or a mix of each + rice, nan and chutney for £4 per head plus £2 pp to join in the quiz which we did as we met another couple not local to form a team of four..excellent quiz n food , beer and wine ???? ???????????? ????View all reviews by stevew48
Arrived to find the place closed as apparently it doesnt open on a Monday. They were happy to still let us stay but no food or drink. Quiet night's stay. Not far from St Ives.View all reviews by syd388
The site is a large flat area at the front of the pub that is also the car park. Plenty of room and a friendly pub. We didn't eat but had a few drinks. There was no pressure to eat, but the menu looked good and the kitchen was busy. Very handy for St Ives.View all reviews by huwanchors
Fanatstic plasce. Very welcoming owner and staff. Food very good, but under no pressure to eat at the inn.View all reviews by Esmerelda
Nice couple who own the pub.View all reviews by samandgaz13
Carpark nice and flat away from the road.
Had a bite to eat, was ok and reasonable priced.
Stayed one night. The car park is well back from the road and quiet at night. The couple that run the pub are very welcoming and the food is very good and reasonably priced. A twenty minute walk takes you to a bus stop that runs to St. Ives every hour. The surrounding countryside is criss- crossed with a network of public footpaths and local cycling is good too.View all reviews by johnlizsouth
Staying here once again . I was the first person to stay in their car park when they first took over . Still a good stop . Food as always good and reasonably priced . Could do with a few more real ales on offer .View all reviews by kilda
The couple who run it are absolutely lovely and could not be more helpful. The food was delicious and priced perfectly fairly. There is a large gravel and grass car park that will take any size unit. The landlord requests that you fill in their guest book when arriving. It is a couple of miles outside Saint Ives and I used my scooter to get around. There are no facilities other than in the bar, but as none was expected, I have given it ten. There is a bus stop 10 minutes walk away.View all reviews by stewartbaldwin
