Perfect for visiting Bilbao via metro. Agree with all other reviews. Free parking very busy when we stayed due to festival season.View all reviews by andyrev
Excellent free stop over for visiting Bilbao. Loads of large motorhome bays in lmixed car park at the rear but get here early as it fills up with locals cars visiting the sports centre in the evening, so can be some noise until about 10pm but quiet after that. So handy for metro straight into Bilbao €1.90 single. I didn't see any electric points. Locals tend to park in the services at front car park so unlikely to be able to access drain. Only a single water tap for rinsing cassette and filling and it is oval with no threads, so best empty grey and fill with water before arriving here.View all reviews by goingnomad
Perfect aire to stay on for Bibao. The metro is literally 2 minutes walk away and trains every 10 minutes. A bit of road noise but if you go left as you drive in it is better. It can get a bit busy with local people walking and doing activities, but it makes it feel safe. As you drive in you pass a small car park on the right, this is where the services are, continue past to the car park. Tokens for electricity from tourist information office on main road 3 mins away. Good stop!View all reviews by taylornewtonfarm
Just to add that there’s a metro station just 5mins walk which will take you into Bilbao centre for €1.90 single fare, 35 minute journey, regular trains (about 4 an hour).View all reviews by pooh4mum
Nice well organised aire, with mixed parking. The spaces are marked out for cars and campingcars, so it is first come first served. The services are in the first (not CC) parking area, with a lift up lid for the black (please NOT the grey grid! Yuk!) and the grey water drain a grid in the parking spaces - tricky if there is a car already there. Services were free in Feb (no EHU), but they may go back to charging in the summer.View all reviews by vanessavan
Nice town and lovely surfer's beach with surf school.
Just to clear up some confusion, this parking area/aire is open all year round but there is only EHU during June, July, August and September. There are no toilets but there is a fresh water tap (no connections) and grey and black waste, 50 m from the parking area in a separate area.View all reviews by pantingdogs
Free aire with plenty of space, free waste disposal just at the entrance before the parking area. Jeton needed for fresh water.View all reviews by Tommyj
Handy to get into bilboa especially in high season when all the central ones are full.
A perfect free stopover. Level site. Ideal for a night before or after the ferry.View all reviews by debs611
