Excellent spot for an overnight stay, huge car park and very quiet good nights sleep. £10 for hook up if you need it and the food is delicious, best pie and chips ever! It gets very busy in the restaurant (we tried a second visit by just calling in but was fully booked) so booking is essential. Will definitely be back!

We rang ahead and booked a table which was good as it did get very busy.(wednesday night) Food was delicious and the Gin wasnt bad too!!! over 50 different varieties of pie and over 100 Gins.. Nice little village to walk round.

Have stopped here a few times, always called ahead to book a table as we have dogs (they're very dog friendly) and know it gets busy. Great level carpark and water tap to fill up (I asked before using). EHU is available for £10 per night but didn't bother as we have solar. Food is always lovely with an enormous selection of pies. Lovely walks on the beach at Humanby Gap (carpark on cliff) in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay here. This dog friengly pub had excellent food on offer. The staff are welcoming and helpful. There is electric hookup if needed (£10) and water. However, there are no WC emptying facilities available as stated on the description. Will definitely stay again.

This is one of our favouite stopovers. Not only does it have a large flat car park with electric hook up if you need it (£10 a night) you can also fill up your fresh water tank. The welcome from Jon and his staff is always first class. The pub is very dog friendly and the food is excellent. You must try the Pies which are beyond belief. Hunmanby village is worth a vist and has a couple of other pubs a co-op and several other shops.

Stayed for one night at The Piebald Inn, large easy to access level car park. EHU available for £10 but we didn't use this. Good range of food in the pub, over 50 pies (including a good number of vegetarian options), also available were some pub food options e.g. lasagna, steak, chilli etc., fantastic range of gins and nice selection of ales, including local ones. Good stop off for exploring the local area or when touring the coast. Welcoming hosts and staff in the pub, had a lovely atmosphere.

Stayed here for 2 nights in the week. Very big car park. Choice of EHU for £12 or for free if you eat in the pub. We had a pie meal each night and couple of drinks and it was very nice and not too pricey either. The staff are very helpful and friendly, even bought our meals out to the van because our pooch is a bit anti social. Very good Brit stop, definitely recommend and we will return.

Big level car park that could accomodate lots of units.
If you like pies, of any variety, this place should be on your bucket list. 50 types of pie and 50 gins on the menu.
Staff and landlord are a helpful and friendly bunch. Thanks Jon and crew.
Just one thing to note, toilet waste disposal is not currently available. Other than that, a perfect stopover.

Stopped here over the bank hol, it's a great place nice quite, staff were all very helpful. And food is fantastic, you either pay £10 a nite for electric or free if you don't as long as you use the pub, you do have to use your own facilities there is only a water tap, but we will definitely be back

Found The Piebald Inn lived up to all previous comments .There is an additional attraction now to go with the real ale and great pies... Walk across the road at the car park entrance, and go alongside the sports hall and through a small industrial est. Approx. 300m total. You will come to the brand new " Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery". They have guided tours, a shop & a great coffee shop overlooking the distilling area.

We go here 4/5 times a year its a great pub with cracking pies and if you turn left out of the car park and drive to the first roundabout you can get to hunmanby gap beach which is just a couple of golden miles of sand. Our dogs run for miles over the sands and through the sea.

We arrived late Sunday afternoon, having rung ahead to check there was space. The staff were very friendly, and our order was taken promptly. The pub was not busy at all but our food seemed to tale a long time to arrive.. the only even slightly negative thing I can think of to say. The portions were generous and the pies very tasty.. couldn't finish the plateful! The car park is vast and level and fully tarmacced. We'll be happy to return.

We arrived about 9.00pm. Asked if we would be OK to stay if we had a few drinks? No problem was the reply. We parked at the rear of the spacious car park with 3 other units. Saw the vast range of available pies and couldn't help thinking we shouldn't have eaten earlier. 3 cask ales on + a cider. All good.

Stayed there on 27 July, 3 other Motorhome's arrived on the same day. We had a warm welcome from the bar staff, and asked if we were going to eat their in the evening, we were then given a menu for us to look over and booked a table. We also took a walk in to the village which was about 15/20 minutes. The meal in the evening was fabulous as was the service and hospitality. Facilities on site fresh water and Chemical waste. You do hear the first train at 7am, but other than that it was very pea

what a great place stopped there last night and will be going back soon, Landlord and staff so helpful and the food is gorgeous and well worth the money....Free to stop on the car park if not needing EHU £11.00 a night if you need it,,,the Landlord does like you to drink or eat in the pub if parking for the night, and its only polite to have a beer or two there seems he is letting you park up.....There is chemical disposal and drinking water and the pub toilets are there during pub opening hours.....There are 5 EHU points, , we arrived at 10am and there was no problems about parking......Only 10 minutes from Filey town center or Bridlington.....Massive car park loads of room for us.....

Whilst I have not yet stayed here, I wanted to say I received a very courteous reply from the Piebald Inn when enquiring via email for somewhere to stay over the May Bank holiday weekend. Everywhere seemed to be booked up and the Piebald Inn came to the rescue! In the end I stayed at South Landing (wild camped) as I was meeting a group of sea kayakers there the next morning. From the email I received from the Piebald, staying is free and if you want electric hookup it is £11 per night. I am adding the Piebald Inn to my favs for the next time I am in the area.

Big flat car park. Quiet - close to railway line, but few trains until morning.
Friendly folks in the pub, and good beer. Really worth going just for the pies.
View from our corner of the car park was a field of sheep.
Stayed for free (Britstops).
I think EHU is available, at a cost, but we were self-sufficient.

Nice place to stopover, the car park was more than big enough, with a small field which would hold another 4 or so units with EHU. The pub was good, and the food was good but pricey, very nice beers and ale's on offer, I would have rather have eaten my food in the nice warm bar area than the coldish restaurant. You could park up for free, however if you wanted EHU is was £10 and if you wanted to use there toilet and shower facilities that would be another £11.
